Today it was found that Saban Brands has most likely finally trademarked the next season of Power Rangers, to come after Power Rangers Dino Super Charge!
In 2017 “Power Rangers Ninja Steel” is what is expected as just the term “Ninja Steel” has been trademarked; finally putting to rest that the train-themed Super Sentai, ToQger is indeed being skipped in favor of Ninjas!
At the moment there is no official word that this is the name of the upcoming series, we should have full confirmation when a logo is revealed!

TBH, I actually really like the name they chose AND am not surprised nor hurt that they have skipped Trains, Kids don’t like trains anyways 😛 😉
