Phantom Ranger
The Phantom Ranger is a mysterious being that is tasked with protecting Lady Fienna and her young daughter, Rita Repulsa from Master Vile and his Tenga Warriors. He is severely injured by an army of Tenga Warriors but would be healed by Lady Fienna and would safeguard the two as they head to the Masterforge in order to protect Rita from becoming a host for Dark Specter.

Lady Fienna
Lady Fienna is a powerful sorceress that was married to a powerful sorcerer named Eldin that was corrupted by forbidden magic, ultimately becoming Dark Specter. She escapes his clutches while pregnant with their daughter, giving birth to her on Iutus and naming her Rita Repulsa. She spends years hiding and running away from Master Vile’s Army until they are eventually caught, with Fienna sacrificing her life to infuse her daughter with energy from the Morphin’ Grid to prevent Master Vile from making her as host for Dark Specter.
Rita Repulsa
Rita Repulsa is the young daughter of Lady Fienna & Eldin of Iutus that is powered up with energy from the Morphin’ Grid by her mother in order to protect her from becoming a host for Dark Specter. After her mother dies, her corrupted father, Master Vile raises her to become a dark sorceress.

Andros, Red Space Ranger II
Andros is a Karovian that lost his family during an attack from the United Alliance Of Evil, including his sister, Karone. He is then taken in and raised by Maavi, the Blue Space Ranger & Dhaza, the Pink Space Ranger with other orphaned children, including Zhane, the Silver Space Ranger and the two become lifelong friends. He is offered the role of Red Space Ranger when Zhane becomes the Silver Space Ranger but declines this offer until KO-35 is attacked by Darkonda, where he assumes the role. He forms a strong bond with this team until one of Dark Specter’s minions severely injures Zhane in battle. After the Xurix take the Astro Megaship with Zhane inside of it, he joins the Omega Rangers in order to take back everything that was taken from him.
Zhane, Silver Space Ranger
Zhane is an orphaned Karovian that was raised by Maavi, the Blue Space Ranger & Dhaza, the Pink Space Ranger with other orphaned children, including Andros, who becomes his lifelong friend. He becomes the Silver Space Ranger after proving himself and chooses his chosen family to become his teammates, including Andros, who declines at first but is eventually persuaded to become the Red Space Ranger. He continues to protect the universe from Dark Specter’s forces until he is injured in battle by one of Dark Specter’s minion and is put into cryogenic stasis in the Astro Megaship.
Maavi, Blue Space Ranger I
Maavi is a Karovian and the original Blue Space Ranger that raised a group of orphans with her wife, Dhaza, the Pink Space Ranger, including Andros, the Red Space Ranger & Zhane, the Silver Space Ranger. She eventually retires from her Power Ranger duties and passes them onto Edi.
Dhaza, Pink Space Ranger I
Dhaza is a Karovian and the original Pink Space Rangers that raised a group of orphans with her wife, Maavi, the Blue Space Ranger, including Andros, the Red Space Ranger & Zhane, the Silver Space Ranger. She eventually retires from her Power Ranger duties and passes them onto Kaly.
Edi, Blue Space Ranger II
Edi is an orphaned Karovian that is raised by by Maavi, the Blue Space Ranger & Dhaza, the Pink Space Ranger alongside her brother, Naro. She is given the powers of the Blue Space Ranger after Maavi retires and protects the universe from the United Alliance Of Evil until she is presumably killed during an attack on KO-35.
Naro, Yellow Space Ranger II
Naro is an orphaned Karovian that is raised by by Maavi, the Blue Space Ranger & Dhaza, the Pink Space Ranger alongside her sister, Edi. He is given the powers of the Yellow Space Ranger after the original Yellow Space Ranger retires to protect the universe from the United Alliance Of Evil until he is presumably killed during an attack on KO-35.
Kaly, Pink Space Ranger II
Kaly is an orphaned Karovian that is raised by by Maavi, the Blue Space Ranger & Dhaza, the Pink Space Ranger. She is given the powers of the Pink Space Ranger after Dhaza retires to protect the universe from the United Alliance Of Evil until she is presumably killed during an attack on KO-35.

Haza is the original Blue Omega Ranger that fought evil across the universe with the other Omega Rangers. She had a close relationship with the Gold Omega Ranger, Spa’ark until she died at the hands of a Supernova Sister. She is revived by the Gold Omega Ranger but as an evil zombie until she returns to normal before dying again, with her body and spirit trapped within the Gold Omega Morpher with Spa’ark.
Spa’ark, Gold Omega Ranger I/Death Ranger
Spa’ark is a being from the planet Avadias that became the Gold Omega Ranger to fight evil with the other Omega Rangers. Due to their species not understanding the meaning of death due to their species sharing a joint consciousness, they don’t comprehend the death of Blue Omega Ranger, Haza. They attempt to bring back Haza by performing dangerous alchemical experiments that slowly corrupts them, turning them into the Death Ranger. These experiments eventually do work, with Haze coming back to life as an evil zombie before Spa’ark is trapped within their Gold Omega Morpher.

Lord Drakkon is an evil of Tommy Oliver from The Coinless Dimension that returns to his home dimension with the former Blue Omega Ranger, Kiya, becoming the Green Drakkon Ranger after converting the Green Power Coin in the Coinless Dimension. He intends on using these powers to fight the Monarch Of Evil, Dark Specter and his armies.
Kiya Kyatyl, Blue Drakkon Ranger
Kiya is the former Blue Omega Ranger that is released from her imprisonment by Lord Drakkon. She travels with him to the Coinless Dimension to become the Blue Drakkon Ranger.
Kimberly Hart, Pink Drakkon Ranger
Kimberly is an alternate version of Kimberly Hart from The Coinless Dimension that converts her Pink Power Coin to become the Pink Drakkon Ranger. She is presumably captured by Dark Specter’s Army.
Bulk, Red Drakkon Ranger
Bulk is an alternate version of Bulk from The Coinless Dimension that is given a converted Red Power Coin to become the Red Drakkon Ranger.
Trini Kwan, Yellow Drakkon Ranger
Trini is an alternate version of Trini Kwan from The Coinless Dimension that uses her converted Yellow Power Coin to become the Yellow Drakkon Ranger.
