Alpha 9 is a robotic assistant created by King Lexian of Edenoi for Billy Cranston after his predecessor, Alpha 8 is taken over by the evil essence of Rita Repulsa. Alpha 9 is tasked with aiding Billy Cranston in the Command Center located underneath Cranston Tech and developing Proxy Power Coins for Rocky DeSantos & Katherine Hillard to transform into the Red Ranger & Pink Ranger.

Alpha 8 is a robotic assistant created by King Lexian of Edenoi for Billy Cranston, aiding him in the Command Center located under Cranston Tech. He also assist him in using Z Wave energy to bring back Zordon but ends up having his body taken over by the evil essence of Rita Repulsa.
Adam Park

Adam Park is the former second Black Ranger, Green Zeo Ranger & Green Turbo Ranger that is revealed to have gotten a job with Aisha Campbell at Space Patrol Alpha in the Sirius System. They later return to Earth after the other Power Rangers succeed in defeating Robo Rita, leaving shortly after to bring the captured Power Rangers to Aquitar to recover from their shrinking caused by Robo Snizzard. He also informs Billy Cranston that he is missed by Cestria.
Aisha Campbell
Played By: Karan Ashley
Aisha Campbell is the former second Yellow Ranger that is revealed to have gotten a job with Adam Park at Space Patrol Alpha in the Sirius System. She returns to Earth after the other Power Rangers succeed in defeating Robo Rita, leaving shortly after to bring the captured Power Rangers to Aquitar to cure their shrinking caused by Robo Snizzard. She also gives Minh Kwan her blessing in continuing the Sabertooth Tiger Legacy.
Annie

Annie is a reporter that worked at BuzzBlast Pine Ridge until she is transferred to BuzzBlast Angel Grove. She is seen reporting on the Putty Patroller attack at the Angel Grove Youth Center.
Power Rangers
Trini Kwan

Trini Kwan is one of the original Angel Grove five teens chosen by Zordon to become the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers, becoming the Yellow Ranger. After retiring as a Power Rangers, Trini is revealed to have moved back to Angel Grove after attending a Peace Conference in Switzerland, having a daughter named Minh Kwan. She also resumes Power Ranger duty after Rita Repulsa is brought back to life in a robotic body and is killed by her while trying to protect Billy Cranston.
Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers (Shrunken)

Jason Lee Scott, Kimberly Hart & Tommy Oliver are recruited back to Power Ranger status after Rita Repulsa returns in a new robotic body, fighting her and her army of Putty Patrollers and witnessing the death of Trini Kwan. They are later captured and shrunken down by Robo Snizzard after they attempt to pay their respects to Trini Kwan at the cemetery in Angel Grove. They are eventually freed from Robo Rita’s clutches and are brought to Aquitar in order to reverse the effects of Robo Snizzard.

The Shrunken Rangers are a group of Power Rangers captured by Robo Snizzard for Robo Rita to power up her time machine. They are saved by the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers and are brought to Aquitar in order to reverse the effects of Robo Snizzard.
