Lord Drakkon’s Army
Lord Drakkon
Lord Drakkon is an alternate version of Tommy Oliver that remained evil after the Sword Of Darkness was destroyed by Jason Lee Scott. He later leads an army to destroy the Power Rangers once and for all and gained a new form after absorbing a new set of powers meant for Jason Lee Scott. After gaining these new powers, Lord Drakkon took over the entire planet and formed an army called Ranger Sentries. After learning of the existence of a dimension where he turned good, he assists the Rita Repulsa of that dimension by sending her The Black Dragon. When Billy Cranston & Tommy Oliver accidentally travel to his dimension, he attempts to destroy them but is thwarted by Saba summoning the White Tigerzord as a distraction. Lord Drakkon later attempts to find The Coinless’ secret base and nearly succeeds in undermining them until Trini Kwan uses the Blue Power Morpher to strip him of his powers and is presumed dead after he falls from a cliff. However, it is revealed that Lord Drakkon followed the Power Rangers to their dimension but before being able to do anything, is captured by a group of soldiers. It is later revealed that these soldiers were working for Promethea after Billy Cranston finds Lord Drakkon being detained in a secret room in Promethea HQ but is able to escape his prison after Saba accidentally frees him and uses him to open a portal to the Temple Of Power to trick Ninjor into fixing his Black Dragon Coin. After his powers are restored, he travels to Angel Grove to kill and drain the powers from his good counterpart, Tommy Oliver. After returning to his dimension, he gathers up an army of Ranger Sentries to attack the Samurai Rangers and successfully obtains their Samuraizers in order to upgrade his suit. After attacking various worlds and succeeding and failing in capturing Ranger Bases and obtaining morphers, Lord Drakkon decides to prepare a full-scale attack on all the Power Rangers dimensions. He personally leads an attack on Corinth, upgrading his suit again and reveals to have teamed up with Koragg, A-Squad and the Psycho Rangers and succeeds in taking it over. Lord Drakkon, in an attempt to obtain more power, combines fragments of Ninja Steel into Saba to drain Power Rangers of their powers easily. He is severely weakened however when Rita Repulsa uses the Green Candle on him and attempts to gain a more powerful form by fusing all the morphers he’s obtained into him and combining it with the heart of a Morphin’ Master to reform reality to where he is the beloved ruler. However, this doesn’t last long as Tommy Oliver is able to thwart him and is last seen looking depressed as his dream world deteriorate. Lord Drakkon eventually escapes this world and would land in front of the Command Center. After a fight with the Power Rangers, he is captured and imprisoned in the Command Center. After the Omega Rangers learn that Lord Drakkon came in contact with an Empyreal, the Omega Rangers free him in order for him to assist them in tracking down the Empyreals. It is revealed that Lord Drakkon has been working with The Empyreals this whole time, with him help track down the Yellow Emissary in return for re-powering his Power Morpher. After freeing himself from a shock collar thanks to a device he got from Fendrick Prot, he fights Xi and nearly incapacitates them. He then leaves the Omega Ranger on a dying planet while commandeering The Spectrum. Lord Drakkon later travels to Earth during The Eltarian War to assist the Power Rangers by using his army of Horrid to drain the Super Empyreal of his energy. He later travels to Safehaven to release Kiya and travels with her through the Master Arch to return to the Coinless Dimension with the former Blue Omega Ranger, Kiya, becoming the Green Drakkon Ranger after converting the Green Power Coin in the Coinless Dimension. He intends on using these powers to fight the Monarch Of Evil, Dark Specter and his armies after traveling through the Master Arch.
Black Dragon
The Black Dragon is mechanical dragon-like being Rita Repulsa summoned by powering up the Black Crystal. After being summoned to their dimension, he destroys the Command Center, kidnaps Billy Cranston, disconnects the Power Rangers from the Morphin’ Grid & unleashes the Dinozords on a rampage throughout the Earth. After falling apart after the combined efforts of Tommy Oliver & Billy Cranston, it is revealed that The Black Dragon was just a zord Lord Drakkon was controlling from his dimension. The Black Dragon’s Armor is later used by Trini Kwan in order to fight off Rita Repulsa’s force in the Command Center and to open up a portal to the alternate dimension to rescue Billy Cranston & Tommy Oliver.
Finster Five
Finster Five is an alternate version of Finster from the Coinless Dimension that took parts from Alpha 5 to make himself half machine. After his master returns with a captured Ninjor, Finster Five creates a device that gives Lord Drakkon the ability to absorb other Power Rangers connections to the Morphin’ Grid to combine it with his own. After seeing how much strain the stolen powers has on his master, he begs him to stop but is killed after Lord Drakkon snaps his neck.
Scorpina
Scorpina is a humanoid/scorpion female warrior Rita Repulsa summons to add some extra muscle to her army shortly after Tommy Oliver becomes the Evil Green Ranger. After Goldar is banished to the Dark Dimension, she becomes Rita Repulsa’s second-in-command and is given the task of powering up the Green Chaos Crystal so that they could take control of the Dragonzord with a alternate Dragon Dagger. After losing control of the Dragonzord, she is taken prisoner by the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers and is teleports to the Coinless Dimension by the Green Chaos Crystal, joining Lord Drakkon’s Army and eventually leading it until Kimberly Hart becomes a figurehead leader of Lord Drakkon’s Army. She is later given a converted Black Power Coin to become the Black Drakkon Ranger.
Serpentera
Serpentera is Lord Zedd’s personal dragon-like zord that is used by Lord Drakkon when an army of Power Rangers attack his base of operations but is destroyed by the Mega Megazord.
Tyrannosaurus Sentries
The Tyrannosaurus Sentries are soldiers in Lord Drakkon’s Army that wear uniforms based on the MMPR Red Ranger.
The Tyrannosaurus Sentries serve as the Elite Soldiers in Lord Drakkon’s Army are armed with sword-like spears.
Mastodon Sentries
The Mastodon Sentries are soldiers in Lord Drakkon’s Army that wear uniforms based on the MMPR Black Ranger.
The Mastodon Sentries serve as ground troops in Lord Drakkon’s Army and are armed with blaster-like weapons.
Sabertooth Sentries
The Sabertooth Sentries are soldiers in Lord Drakkon’s Army that wear uniforms based on the MMPR Yellow Ranger.
The Sabertooth Sentries serve as commanding troops in Lord Drakkon’s Army and are armed with dagger-like blasters.
Pterodactyl Sentries
The Pterodactyl Sentries are soldiers in Lord Drakkon’s Army that wear uniforms based on the MMPR Pink Ranger.
The Pterodactyl Sentries serve as snipers in Lord Drakkon’s Army and are armed with sniper-like blasters.
The Pterodactyl Sentries are retired after Kimberly Hart is given her Pterodactyl Power Coin to become Ranger Slayer.
Zeo Green Sentries
The Zeo Green Sentries are soldiers in Lord Drakkon’s Army that wear uniforms based on the Green Zeo Ranger.
The Zeo Green Sentries are armed with giant green tanks.

The Blue Samurai Sentries are soldiers in Lord Drakkon’s Army that wear uniforms based on the Blue Samurai Ranger.

The Jungle Fury Rhino Sentries are soldiers in Lord Drakkon’s Army that wear uniforms based on the Rhino Ranger.

The Dino Charge Gold Sentries are soldiers in Lord Drakkon’s Army that wear uniforms based on the Gold Dino Charge Ranger.

United Alliance Of Evil
Psycho Green
Psycho Green was once known as Trek, the Green Supersonic Ranger from the Planet Xybria that was swayed to evil by Dark Specter and killed his teammates before being mutated into Psycho Green. He is then ordered to travel to the moon and meet with Rita Repulsa in order to obtain the Green Power Coin. He is thwarted by Zordon when he blasts his ship before he is able to reach Rita Repulsa and falls into a deep sleep for thousands of years. He is woken up from his slumber in 1969 and attempted to free Rita Repulsa and her cohorts from the Space Dumpster but is thwarted by a group of Power Rangers recruited by Zordon and is destroyed by them after Jamie, Nikolai and Daniel sacrifice themselves.
Darkonda
Darkonda is a bounty hunter under the services of Dark Specter that is responsible for kidnapping young children, turning him into his agents of evil. He is present on Breel when Queen Adriyel offers various villains throughout the universe to join her army. He is also present when Master Vile attempts to present Alpha 1 to Dark Specter as a potential host body.
Quantrons
The Quantrons are metallic warriors that are used by the United Alliance Of Evil as foot soldiers.
The Praetor
The Praetor
The Praetor is a Morphin’ Master that desired to destroy the Morphin’ Grid so that it wouldn’t be used for nefarious purposes. To accomplish this task, he split the universe from the other universes and used the Solarix to drain the universe of its Morphin’ Grid, eventually sacrificing himself along with the universe. To further his plans, he took on the identity of The Praetor, a being that promised to aid the beings of the universe in return for their loyalty but is stopped by the Power Rangers of the Promethea and is destroyed by a blast of Morphin’ Grid energy from the Solar Megazord.
Crimson Raiders
The Crimson Raiders are servants working for The Praetor that are given the task of re-obtaining the Solarix from Ellarien, the Solar Ranger.
Kedry Army
Queen Adriyel
Queen Adriyel is a warrior queen and current leader of the Kedry, a race of beings that were freed from slavery over the Breel during Rita Repulsa’s attempt at universal conquest centuries ago. She is first seen showing doubt in Rita Repulsa being the real thing but soon realizes she’s the real thing and swears her loyalty to her shortly after she defeats an army of her strongest warriors. She later accompanies Rita Repulsa to the Temple Of Repulsa to obtain the Green Power Coin but later betray hers after she orders her to stay on her planet and is presumably destroyed by a blast from the Power Blaster. She is later revealed to have survived this altercation and later invites various villain factions to join her evil alliance. To accomplish this, she used a Kedry named Cavotus that was empowered by Morphin’ Grid Energy to destroy them if they refuse. Cavotus, however, has a change of heart and strangles Adriyel to death during an altercation with the Omega Rangers.

The Anointed
Kiya Kyatyl
Kiya is an alien from the planet, Khoodjah that was infected with Morphin’ Grid energy after it shattered and was found by the Blue Emissary to become the Blue Omega Ranger. While infected with Morphin’ Grid energy, Kiya inexplicably killed her brother, Sello after the energy caused a massive explosion. After learning of Lord Drakkon and the Blue Emissary giving Tommy Oliver the White Light, she kills the Blue Emissary and releases Garrison Vox & Cavotus to assist her in getting rid of the Power Rangers, believing that The Anointed are the true defenders of the universe. She then releases evil beings empowered by the Morphin’ Grid to build up her army to fight the Power Rangers while she attempted to open the Eternity Point. She is thwarted when Ari, the Solar Ranger drains her Morphin’ Grid energy and is captured in a Space Dumpster after being defeated in battle against the Yellow Omega Ranger. She is eventually freed from her Space Dumpster by Lord Drakkon and goes through the Master Arch with him, traveling to the Coinless Dimension. After traveling to the Coinless Dimension, she is given a converted Blue Power Coin to become the Blue Drakkon Ranger.
Garrison Vox
Garrison Vox is a Morphin’ Grid powered alien that attacked Zernox-2 but is thwarted by the Blue Omega Ranger and is confined in a Space Dumpster after he declines their invitation to join them. Garrison Vox is later released by Kiya after she destroys the Blue Emissary and recruits him for her group, The Anointed. Garrison Vox is later tasked with piloting the Blue Omegazord to fight the Omega Rangers while Kiya enacts her final plans but is defeated after the Red Omega Ranger & White Ranger combine their zords and give him a good thrashing. Garrison is later resealed back into a Space Dumpster alongside Kiya.
Cavotus
Cavotus is a member of the Kedry that was Empowered by the Morphin’ Grid and used by Queen Adriyel for his power. He is rescued by the Omega Rangers and joins them willingly but is locked up for his own safety by the Blue Emissary. Cavotus is later released by Kiya after she destroys the Blue Emissary and recruits him for her group, The Anointed. Cavotus is later sent to destroy the Power Rangers by setting a trap in the Telvax Nebula and successfully destroyed the Omega Ranger’s ship, The Spectrum, but is destroyed himself by the Ranger Slayer’s Gravezord.
Dayne
Dayne is a dangerous Sirian bounty hunter that is recruited by Lord Zedd to destroy the Power Rangers. Dayne is a tactical bounty hunter, examining video footage of the Power Rangers fights before taken them on himself. During his first altercation with the Power Rangers, Dayne easily defeats them in battle, successfully disabling their weapons and being able to dodge all their attacks. In his second altercation with the Power Rangers, he grows to giant and nearly decimates the Thunder Megazord until the Omega Rangers arrive on the scene and is captured by them. Dayne is later released by Kiya to join her group, The Anointed and is tasked with fighting the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers while Kiya enacts her final plans. After the Power Rangers gain the upper hand on The Anointed, Dayne decides to retreat for the time being after freeing Lord Zedd from his Space Dumpster. He later returns to the spotlight after being hired by Mistress Vile to attack Safehaven and take control of the Master Arch.
XI Robots
Kiya programs two Xi Robots and recruit them to guard the Eternity Point.
They are destroyed however by the combined efforts of the real XI & Ranger Slayer.
The Empyreals
Green Empyreal
The Green Empyreal comes from a race known as The Empyreals, a group of being that desire to destroy impure planets so that they can restart the cycle of life. The Green Empyreal is tasked with destroying Gorvinos III the same time the Omega Rangers were to drop off a former Empowered there. After putting up a good fight against the Omega Ranger, destroys Gorvinos III.
Orange Empyreal
The Orange Empyreal comes from a race known as The Empyreals, a group of being that desire to destroy impure planets so that they can restart the cycle of life. The Orange Empyreal is responsible for killing the Red Emissary in the Shattered Grid Dimension.
Dust Dogs
The Dust Dogs are alien creatures used by the Green Empyreal as foot soldiers.
Death Ranger
Spa’ark/Death Ranger
Spa’ark is the original Gold Omega Ranger that turns to the dark side while attempting to revive their former teammate, the original Blue Omega Ranger, with their teammate trapping their soul inside the Gold Omega Morpher. Their Omega Morpher is then trapped in the Omega Vault until Andros, the Red Space Ranger uses it to revives Zhane, the Silver Space Ranger, with Spa’ark taking over his body to build an army of dead Karovians and corrupting the minds of the Omega Rangers. Spa’ark eventually moves host, taking over the body of Jason Lee Scott, the Red Omega Ranger, taking advantage of his depressed state after the death of his mother until Andros is able to free him of their corruption. They transfer their essence into the Ultra Gold Omegazord to fight the Dragon Thunderzord before disappearing to unknown parts, later returning to the spotlight and given a body by Mistress Vile to attack Safehaven with three brainwashed Wild Force Rangers to take control of the Master Arch.
Wild Force Rangers (Possessed)

These three Wild Force Rangers are possessed by the Death Ranger to assist them in attacking Safehaven and taking control of the Master Arch. They are later taken over by Dark Specter’s influence after he infects the Morphin’ Grid.

Queen Machina is the queen of the Machine Empire that is present on Breel when Queen Adriyel offers various villains throughout the universe to join her army.
Klank
Klank is a robotic butler working for the Machine Empire that is present on Breel when Queen Adriyel offers various villains throughout the universe to join her army.
Space Pirates
Divatox
Divatox is a female space pirate that was adopted by a family of space pirates after her mind if fried after she attempted to fight Astronema to become the Princess Of Evil. She finds the Space Dumpster containing Rita Repulsa with her crew and presents it to Master Vile in exchange for informtion of the location of the Island Of Muranthias.
Rygog
Rygog is Divatox’s most trusted adviser and is in charge of navigation for the Subcraft.
Elgar
Elgar is the bumbling nephew of Divatox and a member of her crew on the Subcraft. He is present on Breel when Queen Adriyel offers various villains throughout the universe to join her army
Porto
Porto is Divatox’s technical adviser on the Subcraft.
General Havoc
General Havoc is the brother of Divatox that is present on Breel when Queen Adriyel offers various villains throughout the universe to join her army
