Akira tries to get a handle on the wild ressha. WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT.
As the ToQgers search for Akira and the train, Tokatti tells the team that they need to bring him into the friend group better.
At the Shadow Line, Zed is still weird after the fainting rainbow incident last time and Baron Nero is concerned about him. Madame Noire just wants to sell off her child. What’s new.
And Grita is real thirsty for General Schwarz still.
Tokatti finds Akira playing his harmonica, but Akira wants nothing to do with “friends.” They board the newly found ressha and Akira wants to make “adjustments.” hahaha
Suddenly, Shadow Fence appears and takes on Tokatti and Akira while…
Right, Kagura, Mio, and Hakira start to get buried alive in their trains!
Akira calls upon the Drill ressha to drill the Rainbow line out, but instead a Darkliner Robo gives it an enema…
And takes it for it’s own!! OH MY.
The team is starting to run out of air and Tokatti MUST SAVE HIS FRIENDS. Support trains can’t even help them!
Tokatti tells Akira a story about the first time he met Right. He made him feel comfortable and normal. His friends mean the world to Tokatti and this slowly helps Akira realize Tokatti’s love for them.
Tokatti and Akira board the Build ressha to save their friends!
Build ressha uses it’s shovel and crane to dig their friend’s out.
Tokatti’s acting in this episode was on point. He literally screamed and cried when he was reunited with them. UGH AMAZING.
The team switches colors except Akira.
Tokatti goes wild slaying the Crows and loses his train tracks around his helmet. THEY MADE A HELMET JUST FOR THE SCENE. OMG IN LOVE.
Apparently Kagura had found them (being dragged by them behind Tokatti haha).
According to Mr. Conductor, Akira doesn’t need to change lines? Sounds like a cheap budget to me. haha
The Coupling Bazooka Rainbow Rush final attack this week is “Watch For Falling Rock!” Very original.
Shadow Fence grows and the team joins Akira in the Build Ressha!
It transforms into Build Dai-Oh!
With backhoe/claw/shovel power!
Drill Ressha joins the party and uses Shovel Drill Double Crash to send Shadow Fence packing!
We’re left with Tokatti and Akira traveling down some tracks. Can I ship them? Please?

Build Dai-Oh is a really awesome mecha. I love the colors and it’s weapons; pretty different design and everything. I loved the acting and growth between Akira and Tokatti. I also loved the humor and reminding of past events with the Shadow Line to progress the story along. The midway point for the season isn’t too far away, so shit about to get real cray soon. A solid 8 out of 10 for this episode. Akira so far has been a great addition for the team and re-energizing the show!
