I apologize for the blurry picture but it was rather hard to capture. After I purchased the Power Morphicon 2012 Exclusive figures from the Bandai Booth, my good buddy LavenderRanger spotted that on the back of the package was a shadowy figure and the strange words,
“7th Mystery Ranger”
Now, seasoned fans of Super Sentai will muse that we know exactly who that is, but for those who don’t here it is:
Pictured above is the EPIC Hime-ShinkenRed Figuarts from Shinkenger or the first Female Red Ranger and it does not take much intelligence to realize that with the allotted time and Shinkenger storyline that the newest figure is the Female Red Ranger! The Saban and Bandai execs we met up with were very tight-lipped about not only the Female Red idea but the figure as well, but you could tell by the way they closed their lips and smiled that we were right on when we asked.
This image of the Red Female Ranger custom figures were posted on RangerBoard by user Lord_Zedd08 in February of 2012 and gives us an idea of what to expect from the newest Ranger figure. No word yet on if the Ranger will get a Mega Mode figure as well.
All i know is that I would LOVE to have this figure in my collection as it is a landmark in Power Rangers history both for Female fans and the Ranger Nation as a whole!
