Thanks to an awesome translator over at Henshin Justice we now have a confirmation from Toei that they either will, have already or are in the process of re-fliming the Legend War with Post-Zyuranger Teams!

According to the translation, Toei was musing on the idea of the 20th Anniversary of Power Rangers. They were asked to recreate the Legend War with only Post-Zyuranger teams, however this seemed impossible with the current footage.
“So just get rid of those parts.” (laughs) We can’t do that either, so the discussion became “Let’s just film new footage with the 20 years’ worth that we do need.”
Another exciting idea is that for the 20th Anniversary some of the filming may also fall to Toei
In America it will be the 20th anniversary of Power Rangers, so they have to put forth a lot of work. In preparation for that, they asked us to “film the parts with the Sentai (from Zyuranger on) in Japan.” We’re currently setting up for that.
WOW! Could it that we will see Toei produced footage in the 20th Anniversary season? Now that could be amazing as they are the masters at Sentai, the footage which we get the best of Power Rangers from.
Twitter is also a buzz about which season Saban will choose to become the 20th Anniversary Season?
Will it be Goseiger or Gokaiger?
Many have opinions, mine is up in the air. There is a growing opinion that the Goseiger Rangers will be treated as Kakuranger’s suits were; as the Alien Rangers in Season 3 of Mighty Morphin’.
Only time will tell, but this finally confirmed as true news will bring much speculation until we actually see the final product and what exactly Saban Brands has planned for its 20th Anniversary of Power Rangers.
