That’s right! Hyper Hobby Magazine reveals that TOEI, the company that created Super Sentai has revealed that they may re-shoot the Legend War (first featured in the “Gokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Great Battle” Movie) for Power Rangers’ 20th Anniversary! They would be re-shooting in order to remove the pre-Zyuranger (Mighty Morphin’) Rangers, but will feature Mighty Morphin’ through the Goseiger Adaption.
I assume this means that there will be no Dairanger, but it does raise the question of the Rangers who have worn multiple suits throughout the years! How will they address this? if at all….
It’s not yet clear whether or not that Goseiger or Gokaiger will be the 20th Anniversary Season.
It still makes more sense to me that Gokaiger will and should be the 20th Season, I just don’t think that the two parts of Samurai should be considered two Seasons at all, but who knows what will happen!
Since the Legend War is being re-shot they could really do anything they want with it and if they do make Goseiger the 20th Anniversary season I hope they come up with original ideas and don’t follow the Sentai too closely as they’ve done with Samurai/Shinkenger.
