Billy starts off being a novice when it comes to fighting but as time goes on, he is able to hold his own in battle.

The Blue Imitation Ranger is a Putty Patroller given the likeness of Billy Cranston to ruin his reputation by aiding in filling up a water fountain with soap and bullying a nerd, giving the real Billy Cranston after school detention. He is then given the likeness of the Blue Ranger to ruin his reputation even further until the real Blue Ranger shows up, destroying him with a slash from the Power Lance.

Cestro is an Aquitian that was given his Blue Alien Coin & Blue Battle Borg by Ninjor and becomes the Blue Aquitian Ranger and technical adviser of the Aquitian Rangers. Cestro would travel to Earth with his teammates after Master Vile uses the Orb Of Doom to regress the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers to children and defend Angel Grove from Rita & Zedd. He is also given access to the Blue Shogunzord. After the Zeo Crystal reverts time back to normal, Cestro returns to Aquitar.

Rocky DeSantos goes on a quest to Mexico to retrieve the Blue Zeo Subcrystal after his Ape Ninja Coin is destroyed by Rita & Zedd and becomes the Blue Zeo Ranger. Rocky gets a little jealous after Jason Lee Scott comes back to Angel Grove, thinking he’s being overshadowed.

After the Power Chamber is destroyed and Turbo Rangers decide to travel into space to rescue Zordon from the United Alliance Of Evil, Justin decides to stay on Earth and moves out of Angel Grove with his father when he gets a new job out of town.

He is also programmed to think he is the real Justin Stewart, thinking his teammates were replace by evil robotic clones until the real Justin Stewart programs the memories of his true identity. After fighting two of Divatox’s monsters, he returns to Eltar for further testing.

Psycho Blue is the evil counterpart of the Blue Space Ranger that is created by Astronema after she is given cybernetic implants. Psycho Blue is the victim of a plan concocted by the Blue Space Ranger where he is tricked into think there are multiple Blue Space Rangers and a Psycho Silver, attempting to destroy them all and ordering his fellow Psycho Ranger to leave the battle. He then fights all the Space Rangers personally before taken down a combined attack from the Blue Space Ranger & Silver Space Ranger. He is grown giant by the Satellasers, turning into an ice-themed monster form that attempts to freeze the Mega Voyager. However, he is destroyed himself after the Mega Voyager is able to melt the ice and blast him with the Mega V3 Missile. His spirit lingers in the world due to his desire to destroy the Blue Space Ranger until he is able to become corporeal after his spirit enters a machine used by Astronema in the Secret City. He then attempts to destroy the Blue Space Ranger, transforming into his monster form until he is tricked into being turned into a Data Card. His Data Card is presumably lost in the destruction of the Secret City but is later seen in the possession of Astronema.

Kai Chen is a member of the GSA that was ambushed by an army of Stingwingers while training on the moon. He attempted to follow them through the portal to Mirinoi but it closed shortly after, causing him to steal the Astro Megaship and travel to Mirinoi with Damon Henderson. After landing on Mirinoi, he pulls the Blue Quasar Saber from its stone, becoming the Blue Galaxy Ranger. Kai is a stickler when it comes to rules and regulation, especially when it comes to his work on the bridge of Terra Venture, but will disobey orders if it is something he does not think will be good for The Colony. When Kai isn’t working, he is cooking meals for his teammates.

He then commandeers a Time Ship and a Chrono Morpher to follow Ransik and becomes the Blue Time Force Ranger. Lucas is a famous race car driver in his time does not know the rules of present-day drivers and is constantly shown at driver’s school. Lucas is a ladies man, always seen trying to flatter and seduce women, even Nadira, who he attempts to turn off by dressing like a slob.

Max Cooper was the apprentice of a pro bowler that is forced to quit after the Blue Shark Wildzord chooses him to become the Blue Wild Force Ranger. Max has a close friendship with Danny Delgado, the Black Wild Force Ranger, due to them both lacking confidence and giving each other peep talks. After Max and the Wild Force Rangers defeat Master Org, Max decides to travel the world with Danny Delgado.

He is manipulated by Lothor and told his parents were killed by Sensei Watanabe, the sensei of the Wind Ninja Academy. He uses the Thunder Morpher given to him by Sensei Omino to become the Navy Thunder Ranger to avenge his parents by defeating the Wind Rangers and capturing Sensei Watanabe. He eventually learns the truth about the manipulation and after being brainwashed a few times, joins forces with the Wind Rangers to fight the Evil Space Ninjas. Like Dustin Brooks, he enjoys entering motocross races in his downtime and has a budding romance with the Blue Wind Ranger, Tori Hanson. After Lothor is sealed in the Abyss Of Evil, he graduates from the Wind Ninja Academy and becomes a professional motocross racer.

He is eventually stopped in attacking Blue Bay Harbor after Mayor Lothor forms a small army, fighting Marah, Kapri & Shimazu before being arrested by Mayor Lothor.

When harnessing the powers of the Blue Dino Gem, Ethan grows armor-like skin, using this power to fight Tyrannodrones. Ethan’s personality also develops during his time as a Dino Ranger, becoming more social and dating Cassidy Cornell for a short time, but breaks up amicably after the two learn they have different interests.

Sky Tate is the son of a Red Ranger that joined SPD to follow in his father’s footsteps. He becomes a cadet and eventually reaches B-Squad Ranger status after years of training and becomes the Blue SPD Ranger, to his dismay. Sky is strait-laced and by-the-books at first but eventually softens up as time progresses. He also has a rivalry with Jack Landors due to him becoming the Red SPD Ranger. Sky also has genetic powers that he inherited from his parents, giving him the ability to create a shield. After Omni is defeated, Sky is promoted to Red SPD Ranger after Jack Landors retires from SPD.

Bridge Carson is an SPD Cadet that was promoted to B-Squad Ranger status after years of training and becomes the Green SPD Ranger. After Omni is defeated, Bridge becomes the Blue SPD Ranger after Sky Tate is promoted to Red SPD Ranger.

After Madison and the rest of the Mystic Rangers defeat Octomus, Madison is given Nick Russell’s baby blanket to hold onto until he returns to Briarwood, hinting at a budding relationship.

Dax Lo is hired by Andrew Hartford to find the Corona Aurrora jewels due to his skills as a stunt performer. Dax is given the powers of the Blue Overdrive Ranger and the genetic power of super-agility. Dax is a goofball but is also very trustworthy when the villain Miratrix disguised herself as a regular woman to trick Dax into giving her the Scrolls of Neptune. When all the Jewels of the Corona Aurora are found, Dax decides to leave the field of stunt work and becomes a director.

Theo Martin is a senior student at Pai Zhuq Academy that is given the task of being one of the three guardians of the chest that contains Dai Shi. However, this task is cut short when Dai Shi is released from his prison and kills Master Mao. He is given instructions to go to Ocean Bluff with Casey Rhodes & Lily Chilman to search for a new master there and when he does, he is given a Solar Morpher that gives him the ability to transform into the Blue Jungle Fury Ranger. Theo is the perfectionist of the group and is always trying to be the best at anything he does. When Dai Shi is defeated for good, Theo continue to work at Jungle Karma Pizza and starts a budding relationship with Lily Chilman.
Master Finn, Shark Spirit Ranger

Master Finn is the Pai Zhuq Master of the Shark Spirit and the father of RJ, the Wolf Ranger, who wanted RJ to follow in his footsteps until RJ decides to find his own style by training with Master Swoop and specializing in the Wolf Animal Spirit. He trains Casey Rhodes, the Red Jungle Fury Ranger to use the Shark Sabers and passes on his Shark Animal Spirit to him to use in giant battles. He is captured by General Whiger and uses Rinzin in conjunction with a Crystal Eye to create the Shark Spirit Ranger for evil until he is trapped inside the Crystal Eye due to one of RJ’s devices, but is eventually freed and passes on the ability to summon the Shark Spirit Ranger to Casey. Master Finn fights in the Final Beast War and fights Jellica solo before transforming into his heightened shark-like form with the other Pai Zhuq Masters to destroy the rest of Dai Shi’s Army.

Flynn McAllistair is a mechanic from Scotland that always wanted to be a hero. After proving himself during The Battle Of Corinth, he is chosen by Doctor K to become Ranger Operator Series Blue. Flynn is mostly seen trying to make weapons to aid in the defeat of Venjix, to the dismay of Doctor K. After defeating Venjix, Flynn is hired with his father to develop new computers for Corinth.

Kevin has a no nonsense personality and often clashes with Mike, the Green Samurai Ranger due to his lax demeanor. When Master Xandred is defeated, Kevin goes back to training as a swimmer for the 2016 Olympics.

Koda is a caveman from prehistoric times that bonded with the Blue Energem after saving his brother, Taku from an attack from a Sabertooth Tiger. This event however causes him to be frozen for one hundred thousand years and is eventually found by Kendall Morgan, who unfreezes him and recruits Koda to become the Blue Dino Charge Ranger. Being from a different era, Koda is often confused with modern day language and technology. In battle, Koda prefers to use his brute strength over the weapons available to him. After Sledge is defeated, Koda returns to his own time.

James Navarro is a geologist that finds the Aqua Energem on a digging expedition and bonds with it while attempting to save his friend, Rusty from an attack from Fury. He goes into hiding to keep Fury away from his loved ones until he comes out of hiding to save his son, who was under the influence of a virus, revealing himself as the Aqua Dino Charge Ranger. However, he leaves his son shortly after to find the Silver Energem and later Sledge’s Spaceship.

Preston Tien is an amateur magician that performs his magic act around Summer Cove High School. Preston has also gained the ability to perform real magic after being exposed to Ninja Steel. Preston is later given a magic wand and spell book by Princess Viera in order to perform more powerful magic.

Billy Cranston is a student from Angel Grove High School that lands in detention after blowing up his lunch box. Billy is on the autistic spectrum, having poor social skills but makes up for that with his hyper fixation in technology. He befriends Jason Scott in detention, who assists him in a dig, which inevitably releases the Power Coins from their resting place. He takes the Blue Power Coin and becomes the Blue Ranger. Billy dies during the Power Rangers first altercation with Rita Repulsa, but is revived by Zordon when the Power Rangers bond with their Power Coins and opens the Morphin’ Grid.

As time progresses, Eddie develops feelings for Vesper, the Black Hyperforce Ranger.
Ravi Shaw, Blue Beast Morphers Ranger

Ravi Shaw is the son of Commander Shaw, the head of Grid Battleforce that trained and groomed him to eventually become the Blue Beast Morphers Ranger, being the only one of the original three to become a Beast Morphers Rangers after his teammates are turned into Dark Avatars by Evox. After becoming the Blue Beast Morphers Ranger, Ravi Shaw gains Gorilla DNA, giving him Gorilla Strength but gains a weakness to overheating, going into a fit of rage whenever he gets too overheated. Ravi Shaw is strict when it comes to following rules made by Grid Battleforce, breaking up with his girlfriend, Roxy due to a rule where they cannot date each other after becoming Beast Morphers Rangers. However, he soon regrets this after Roxy is turned into a Dark Avatar and becomes desperate to save her from Evox’s control, eventually saving her when she destroys her Dark Avatar and starts dating her again when she wakes up from her coma. He also has a love for painting but hides it due to his mother’s strict rule until he eventually shares it with her after painting a mural on the side of a building. After he and his teammates destroy Evox, Ravi Shaw continues to date Roxy and continues to hone his skills as a painter.

Ollie Akana is the son of Doctor Lani Akana, who has recently moved to Pine Ridge to study Dinohenge. During his attempt in stopping Void Knight, Ollie Akana becomes the Blue Dino Fury Ranger. Ollie has a fascination for new technology, being eager to show it off to the extent of being distracted from concentrating on other thing. He is also a skeptic when it comes to the paranormal, often shading Amelia Jones whenever she attempts to talk about the paranormal until he is called out for it by his former teacher, Professor Floyd. During Valentine’s Day, it is revealed that Ollie has a crush on Amelia, with her also having feeling for him and the two start dating each other.

Billy Cranston is one of the original Angel Grove five teens chosen by Zordon to become the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers, becoming the Blue Ranger. After retiring as a Power Rangers, it is revealed that he returned to Earth after spending time on Aquitar, founding a technology company known as Cranston Tech. He also built a secret Command Center underneath his company, experimenting on Z Wave energy in order to possibly bring back Zordon. This experiment backfires however, bring back Rita Repulsa in a robotic form known as Robo Rita. This mishap also causes the death of Trini Kwan when she blocks an attack meant for him and the capture of three of his teammates. He then orders a Bandora Protocol, recruiting Rocky DeSantos & Katherine Hillard back to form a mixed team of Power Rangers to prevent Robo Rita from using her time machine to destroy them in the past. After successfully destroying Robo Rita, Billy reveals he’ll be going back to Aquitar to spend time with Cestria He later meets the Dino Fury Rangers while he’s on a research trip with Mick Kanic on Zordnia and teams up with them to fight Bajillia Naire’s Army. After the Dino Fury Rangers lose their powers, he creates the Cosmic Morphers for them to morph into the Cosmic Fury Rangers. Billy stays with the Cosmic Fury Rangers while they’re stuck on Erridus up until they liberate Pine Ridge, where he returns to Angel Grove to liberate other cities on Earth. He also stays on Earth to assist in the fight again Lord Zedd’s force while the Cosmic Fury Rangers raid Eltar to save Ollie but returns with help in the Dino Megazord to destroy a fleet of Squid Drills orbiting Eltar. He is later seen at the Victory Concert in Pine Ridge where Aiyon informs him on a possible interaction with Zordon, with the possible hope that he might be able to bring him back to our dimension.
Ollie Akana, Evil Blue Dino Fury Ranger

Ollie Akana, the Blue Dino Fury Ranger is turned evil once again after being exposed to evil toxins blasted on him by Doodrip. After piloting a Squid Drill in an attempt to destroy the Cosmic Fury Zords, he is captured by Amelia Jones, who attempts to cure him but fails after the Dinohenge Statues are destroyed by Lord Zedd, with the exception of the Tricera Statue, which is spared so that he is able to still be connected to the Morphin’ Grid in exchange for his loyalty. After manipulating his mother to find out Zayto’s location, he teams up with a group of monster and is given a new morpher created by Scrozzle to give him the ability to morph into a corrupted version of the Blue Dino Fury Ranger. After failing to capture Zayto and fight off his former teammates, he decides that teamworks isn’t for him and decides to take advice given to him by Lord Zedd and starts to work alone. After fighting the Cosmic Fury Rangers successfully take the Cosmic Dragon Zord on a mining planet, Ollie puts a tracker on it, which he uses to find the location of their base on Erridus. He teams up with Jozotic to fight them due to his vast knowledge of Erridus, failing to stop them. Ollie Akana is turned good again after the Tricera Statue is destroyed by Mucus & Slyther but pretends to still be evil in order to get information to the Cosmic Fury Rangers on Zedd’s Master Plan.
Heckyl, Dark Dino Charge Ranger

Heckyl, the former enemy of the Dino Charge Rangers from Sentai 6 travels to the Main Dimension and becomes a spy for Earth’s Rebellion against Lord Zedd’s Invasion, becoming friendly with Squillia to gain information from her. He eventually reveals his true nature to her, revealing that he has become the Dark Dino Charge Ranger after going through a journey of redemption. Even though he puts up a good fight, he is eventually captured by Squillia and brought to Zedd’s Prison in Pine Ridge. After being freed from Zedd’s Prison, he teams up with the Cosmic Fury Rangers and the Mighty Morphin’ Blue Ranger to fight Squillia, Omwhyzo and an army of Zentinels.

Ollie Akana, the Blue Dino Fury Ranger is called to duty once again after Lord Zedd escape his crystal imprisonment on Zordnia. After being exposed to the same goo that turned him evil last time, Ollie becomes one of Lord Zedd’s most loyal servants, gaining a new suit to fight his former teammates. He is cured of his evil influence after Slyther & Mucus destroys his Tricera Statue and rejoins his teammates as the Blue Cosmic Fury Ranger. He also assists in the final battle against Lord Zedd & Squid Ink by creating the Cosmic Blaster. After defeating Lord Zedd, he resumes his relationship with Amelia Jones, the Red Cosmic Fury Ranger.
