Silent and sure, Blue Ninjetti is joining the Lightning Collection! This is the 100th figure for the Lightning Collection line overall so that’s something special. This figure completes all of Billy’s forms from the TV show. But of course there is more MMPR Blue Hasbro could do like the Wild West Rangers…
