TOOT-TOOT RESSHA SENTAI TOQGER. Let’s go! Today’s episode is entitled: “The Hyper Express Terminal”
We start today’s episode with some boys seeing a strange robot in the distance (Hyper Express Emperor the megazord) and Wagon helping Tokatti do “sit-ups.” That’s what we’ll call it…
The Rainbow Line makes a pit-stop at the rarely appearing “Hyper Express Terminal” for cleaning! The prop design is so pretty.
To clean the darkness off the trains from battle so they don’t rust!
Wagon shows them around the terminal and splits up with them to go to the spa. The group looks like kids for a second. Interesting.
At the Shadow Line castle, the news of the Hyper terminal appearing worries the group.
Marquise Mork sends a monster duo to Earth so the ToQgers leave the terminal, leaving the terminal defenseless. Madame Noire wants to get Grita out of Zed. I sense a seance soon.
Back at the Hyper Terminal, Mr. Conductor and Ticket meet with the Rainbow Line President. Who is a man with a rabbit head on. hahaha
Apparently the ToQgers have been in contact with too much darkness during battles….
Today’s monsters are the Dining Set Brothers: Table Shadow and Chair Shadow. They’re technique is gluing people to chairs and then tossing them around. They’re literally tossing tables and throwing chairs. haha
Wagon lets the ToQgers know of the monsters. Love.
With the Rainbow Line getting cleaned, they arrive by bus. Baron Nero looks at the camera like this is an episode of The Office. hahaahaha
All 6 ToQgers morph. Table Shadow throws the bus and destroys it. Akira’s reaction is the best.
As Zed and Mork head to Earth on his emperor Darkliner, General Schwarz intercepts them with his own Drill Darkliner. The battle is on.
Right sees the building on fire (where Zed, Schwarz, Mork, and Madame Noire are) and goes to see what the problem is while the others take on the Table Brothers. Akira takes on Baron Nero personally.
The Shadow Line is a cluster fuck, with Schwarz trying to kill Zed, Madame Noire protecting Zed/Grita, Mork protecting Zed, and Right just taking on everyone. haha
During the battle, Schwarz sees Grita in Zed’s eyes. ANOTHER TOUCHING MOMENT.
Mio, Kagura, Tokatti, and Hikari aren’t doing well against the Table Brothers, but come up with a surprise attack by hiding under a table. Once Table Shadow flips the table, they surprise the Brothers and shoot! Table Shadow throws his brother in front of him, destroying Chair Shadow. What a shitty brother.
Chair Shadow grows and Table Shadow runs away. They call upon ToQ-Oh; Table Shadow makes ToQ-Oh sit in his lap. hahahahaha His crotch hurts ToQ-Oh. hahahahahahaha I am having way too much fun with this.
The ToQgers form Super ToQ-Oh and are too big for Chair Shadow, crushing him. (Gay interpretation: the bottom was too heavy for the top. hahaha)
They blast Chair Shadow to smithereens.
At the end of the episode, Mr. Conductor tells the team that they’re being disbanded…. WHAT. OH MY!
Review
This episode was fantastic. The humor was so great today. Like in every scene. The monster duo was stupid, but made for some funny fighting scenes. The Shadow Line fight with Right was all over the place, but I think was shown because they want the viewer to understand their unraveling. The Rainbow Line president as a bunny man, although an odd choice, fits with the shows off-beat whimsy. I’m really excited to see the Hyper Express terminal in megazord mode! Should be pretty awesome looking. I give this episode a 9 out of 10. Good stuff ToQger.
