Power Morphicon has always been an amazing experience to me. I attended PMC2 in 2010 and PMC3 in 2012, but nothing has ever compared to my experiences at PMC4 this last weekend. I met so many Rangers, enjoyed meeting my followers and close internet friends that I’ve known for years but have never been in the same room with AND meeting the Titans of the Power Rangers Fandom, my fellow Power Force Members!
Let me go through my favorite moments, each Ranger I’ve met and the events I attended to give you an idea of how my weekend went through pictures and my own words! In the following sections I will go over events followed by each Ranger I’ve met and my experience! Enjoy!
The Power Force Breakfast
As a Member of the Power Force we were invited, along with a guest, to the 2nd Annual Breakfast where we get to meet the current cast, our fellow members and Elie Dekel the President of Saban Brands! Not to mention the incredible swag we received! (Many pictured above)
The pictures above are of my FB Admin Adam and I at the breakfast! We walked in as Super Megaforce episodes were playing over large TVs on the walls and the faint smell of the breakfast wafted over us! The tables were elegantly decorated and with the centerpieces came huge amounts of the Red Ranger Keys from SDCC spread throughout the table! We were also given little Super Megaforce headbands to wear and many of us wore them and laughed!
After we ate, we were greeted by Elie Dekel who introduced the Senior Power Force members, added 2 years ago along with the newer recruits!
He also introduced the Student Alliance and the Make-A-Wish kids who joined us at the breakfast!
After we had finished with introductions the Super Megaforce Rangers were brought in and we all began to take pictures and get autographs with them! I took a group shot with the Rangers which can be seen above in the first set of image and then, in my own fashion, took selfies with all 6 of them!
Andrew Gray was a big goofball as I’ve heard about him before, Christina and Ciara looked fabulous and dressed to the nines for the event, John Mark was very nice to talk to as Adam told him that “Blue Saber Saga” was his favorite episode, Cameron and Azim were the life of the party keeping everyone laughing. I remember that Azim made it known that we should all ask Cameron to do the GokaiSilver pose and Cameron did which made everyone cheer!
My two favorites to meet were definitely Ciara and Azim! Ciara was so awesome, I asked her if we could take a selfie and she took my phone and snapped several images of us in different poses! That was so adorable and I loved it!
Azim was awesome as well and as we took our picture he decided it would be cool if I pretended to punch him. Love it.
The Platinum/Gold Ranger Breakfast
On Sunday I attended the Platinum/Gold Ranger Breakfast with the many fans in attendance. As you can see in the pictures above I ate at the same table as Trekkie, ProjectRanger, LegendRangers4Ever and our very own RangerPhilospher, theGreenKnight!
We exchanged con stories, gossip and laughed at the fact that the staff must not have noticed me at all. First, I didn’t get a meal. Everyone else was eating and I was sitting there with a goofy look on my face. After I got my meal, the server came back and poured orange juice for everyone at the table but me.
I laughed it off but it was pretty ridic.
If I am giving my honest opinion, I most likely will not pay the money for this again. The point of this breakfast was to hob knob with Power Ranger actors and the fans. We saw one actor at our table, Dan Southworth, who left after a good 15 minutes and we saw no other actors after that.
Seems to me like a waste of good toy money, but that’s me.
The Platinum Cocktail Event
I have never been more nervous at a party in my entire life.
We all went to the ballroom on Friday night and there was music and drinks and Ranger Actors a plenty throughout the room and they just kept showing up as the night went on! The night was simply fabulous and totally worth the money more so than the breakfast on Sunday.
Platinum is the way to go!
I felt like I was back in Highschool, the awkward boy in the corner not saying anything to anyone, but after a a few beers I loosened up a bit. Enough to get a selfie with Ari Boyland!
Meeting My Heroes

Rhett Fisher, this guy was great! What a character and totally easy to talk to! I got to hold his helmet and asked him to sign my exclusive!
Alison MacInnis, I have waited a long time to meet her and it was just as great as I imagined! She was so cute when she sat on her table to take our photo together! Another fabulous Pink Ranger!
Danny Slavin, what a nice guy! We took our picture together and posed like Rangers!
Melody Perkins, what a great experience meeting the one and only Queen of Evil! She signed an autograph for me and my VP ShadowRay22 and even recorded an message for him! I took a picture with her as well and told her how crazy it was that she dressed like Karone! She loved it haha!
Valerie Vernon-Landon, Another lovely person! I told her that I loved Kendrix and loved her even more because she was the only Female Ranger to wear glasses. She admitted that at first she wasn’t a fan of the glasses but grew to love them when she realized how important they were to the fans. I loved her even more for saying that!
Kim Crossman, I lived another dream meeting Kim! I consider her the First Female Red Ranger, I’m sorry Charlie doesn’t really count to me, and she looked fabulous in her red Dress! I really loved Lauren in Super Samurai so it was great to meet her and get her autograph! She even grabbed Alex Heartman and we did a Shiba Sibling shot! YES!
Rajia Baroudi, Rajia was the only Ranger I met for a second time. I absolutely love her because she is just so nice, beautiful and welcoming to her fans. Adam and I took a photo with the first Female Leader of a Power Ranger team! Love her!
Alyson Kipperman, she was sooo nice and welcoming and I told her about how much I enjoyed Wild Force and that the mascot for my site was the Deer Zord! She thanked me and we took the picture above! I would love to meet her again!
Hilary Shepard, Viva La Diva! When I met Hilary I told her about my username on Twitter and she remembered we’ve talked before! We posed together with her Divatox flag and it was completely awesome!
Alycia Armstrong, Aly was great as well and I got a beautiful 8X10 from her! I loved hearing her talk because she still has that Syd drawl to her voice!
Chris Violette, was pretty awesome as well and reminded me very much of his character. He was kinda cocky but not in a bad way. It was almost as if he was reliving his character in his fans, it was pretty awesome!
Jorge Vargas Jr, we talked to him about Ninja Storm and he revealed that his presence was testing the waters for the other Ninja Rangers and that 2016 could be the year when the others attend as well! Our hearts leapt!
Erin Cahill, What can I say about Erin Cahill. WOW. What an amazing woman. She really loves her fans, I know a lot of people say that but for her it is so true. Her line was long but she took time to walk by the line and apologize and throw us kisses. Her assistant also handed out candy to us! Once the lady threw some at me and I caught it in mid air without even thinking. From then on Erin called me a “Ninja” and every time I saw her later that was what she called me! It was amazing! We took multiple pictures together and she made sure that I was happy with our shots! I was! I have been a fan of Jen for a very long time and Erin Cahill is the standard for how other Ranger Actors should be!
Sean CW Johnson, this guy was great and wore his Lightspeed Jacket and Morpher to take pictures! Whoa was he tall!
Matt Jayson “The Ranger”, I met Matt in the hallway and we gushed about how great his short “The Ranger” was! He was so nice and talked about future episodes of the series! Go For It Bro!
Richard Brancatisano, I was a little nervous to meet the man behind Xander and I didn’t ask for a photo because I was a little star struck LOL.
But he was so nice to be around and signed my 8X10 and added “Always remember to try Plan Xander first!”
Amy and Reggie Rolle, I loved meeting Amy and Reggie! Amy was dressed fabulously as well and we complimented her on her shoes and outfit to which she pointed to Reggie and said he dressed her today! We laughed!
She also revealed that the first time she ever met Reggie was during the filming of “Green Courage”
David de Latour, again I was star struck. Jungle Fury was my 2nd Favorite Season and I love RJ so much that again I didn’t get a picture with him! I complimented him on his cameo on Once Upon A Time and he signed my exclusive!

I spent so much money but it was all worth it!
In Conclusion!
The Rangers, the Toys, the Panels it was all a great success but the number one thing I will remember was the time spent with my friends. We laughed, We joked, we ate! Only we will remember what “I’m sorry I panicked!” , “WHERE’S RICK?!” and #ohshitthereshector means!
Power Morphicon is an event I never want to miss and I can guarantee that PMC5 will be even more epic as it will take place 1 month after the Reboot Movie premieres! I cannot wait to meet my friends again, more new friends and everyone else!
