Let’s breakdown Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger: Brave 31 – “Vacation! The Permanent Holiday”
THIS IS A CANDELIRA EPISODE. PRAISE JESUS. AND SHE WANTS A NEW SONG. *SOBS*
Debo Vacashun (Vacation) shows up a little late while Cadelira remembers that she made him months ago.
I’m telling you, King is either tripping balls on Acid all the time or he’s gay. Yep.
Nossan tells the group he’s going to help Yuuko with getting ready for the Fall festival and learns that Utchy is acutally 29 & Nossan is the oldest of the group at 32.
After waking up from sleeping, Nossan finds the town in a relaxed heat wave…..
While Vacashun and Candelira play volleyball with Souji and Amy, Nossan fights Dogold who almost hits Yuuko with lightening!
Torin brings everyone back to the spirit base where we find every Kyoryuger except Nossan is being lazy. (Ian is perfect.)
Nossan heads back outside where he puts 3D glasses on (high-tech, I know) and sees that Vacashun is in front of the sun – beaming down vacation rays.
Nossan fights Dogold while the rest of the Kyoryuger team dances. If this episode isn’t used in the American adaptation, I’ll be really sad. haha
Yuuko uses her love telepathy to break King from his relaxed trance. King then uses Plezuon to kick Vacashun out from in front of the Sun and back to Earth. This also knocks the rest of the Kyoryugers out of the trance as well.
Luckiero shrinks the real Vacashun back down to size and the three run off, but are stopped by a Fall Festival Kyoryuger role-call. OBVIOUSLY.
King rolls out Kong-Fu Carnival and sends Vacashun back to Margaritaville.
Lastly, we’re left with a sleepy Nossan and Yuuko mouthing that she knows he’s KyoryuBlue. Beautiful.
Review
I truly love these random Luckiero or Candelira monsters in Kyoryuger. They really bring the funny and bizarre to the season that I love. I also enjoyed that Nossan got some character development and spotlight time. Honestly, this was a great and solid episode. 8/10. Also, I appreciate you for reading this article. Much love readers.
