Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger: Brave 26 Review

Let’s breakdown Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger: Brave 26 – “Whoa! The Gabutyra-Man”

King discusses with Ian how busy it has been lately and wonders why Torin had the same bag his father had.

Ian and King then meet the new DeboCommander, Endorf the Solider of Hatred, and are almost obliterated by him.

Dogold shows up while Endorf destroys half the city and the team lays on the ground from the damages. The two begin to bicker and fight, but Lord Chaos brings them back to the frozen temple.

Chaos explains to Endorf that he must cooperate with the other commanders so Deboss can have all human emotions, not just destruction. Endorf ignores Dogold and takes Aigaron back to the city due to Aigaron’s thirst for sadness.

The Kyoryuger team returns to base and is met by Yayoi (My BFF KyoryuViolet) with a new battery power-up for King.

The team goes to test the new battery, but something strange happens… King becomes a human T-Rex!

King runs off and Aigaron picks a fight with Ian about his dead friend. Ian goes for the bait and Aigaron loses a few screws. Something tells me Aigaron’s back story, along with the other Deboss leaders, will be amazing.

Anyways, the whole team goes back to base after the rough battle and discusses King’s new status as a dinosaur.

The team suggests that Ian should be the new interim leader, but rebukes at the idea because of the burden it carries.

The rest of the team shows up (minus Yayoi sadly) and remembers how King tried to help Ian, giving Ian hope for his bestie.

Endorf gets angry and rudely puts his hand in Luckiero’s purse for the gyro. Two things: A) This is sexual harassment B) Don’t fuck with my Luckiero

Endorf grows and Yayoi sends Plezuon to the rescue for our King-less team.

Plezu-oh Parasagun holds Endorf off for a second, but a sneak Zakutor attacks goes astray when Endorf takes the blade and slams it into his mirror cannon so he can hate them more…..

Endorf shrinks and runs off while the team returns back to the base. Ian steps up as the new interim leader and Yayoi finally locates King! We’re finally left with Daigo howling at the moon. WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT TIME.

Review

I really like the new DeboCommander Endorf and Ian as interim leader. I however dislike King as a dinosaur. I mean, this plot is a little weak and subpar. The past few episodes have been intense, so I’m curious to see where the show goes after this King/Endorf arc. Overall, a good episode and an interesting turn for our brave team: 7.5/10!

Reminder

No new episode next week as it is a preview for the new Kamen Rider! Where am I going to get my weekly Ian fix??

Until next time, this has been SimplyScott1. Stay Brave!
