There is a lot of buzz and rumor going around on RangerBoard & RangerCrew about the casting of the upcoming 19th Season of Power Rangers (Goseiger Adaption).
Some members have posted pictures of individuals who are known to have auditioned.
Among those names, I chose 5 of the pictures and assigned Ranger colors based on the character sides and their look.
The character sides re-used the original names for the Samurai Rangers and are NOT FINAL.
(Of course I can’t judge them on acting ability!)
This is what I would like to see the cast look like.
Seth Austin as Red Ranger
(Any ethnicity male, 18 – 23 to play 17-19 years. Reese is an attractive young man with super hero looks and a nice athletic build. He is a natural leader with honorable intentions. He is a much disciplined young man. )
Reba Buhr as Pink Ranger
(Any ethnicity, 18 to 23 to play 16 to 19 years. Average height. Sadie is a beautiful, sophisticated, intelligent and confident. She is very intuitive and genuinely cares about others. )
Wes Scarpias as Black Ranger
(All ethnicity Male, 18 to 23 to play 17-19. He has good looks with a slim build. He is fun and witty with great comedic abilities. He is very creative and not afraid to think outside the box. )
Courtney Turk as Yellow Ranger
(Any ethnicity, 18 to early twenties to play 16 to 18 years of age. Average height. Ava is a very cute, sweet, positive and very naïve small town girl.)
Bryan McClure as Blue Ranger
(Any ethnicity Male, 18 to early twenties to play 16-19 years. He is a bit on the nerdy side. He is a studious and highly intelligent. )
Carlo Daquin as “Gosei Knight”
There seemed to be a lot of buzz over this guy, I for one applaud the idea of the first ever African-American 6th Ranger, isnt it strange there’s never been one? Go Carlo!
