We get our first glance at Titanus, the massive Ultrazord, at the summit of a mountain guarding the Rangers’ Thunder Slingers. Once thought to be an enemy, Zordon explains that Titanus was only testing the Rangers and that he was an old friend and ally.
The main function of Titanus was to combine with the Megazord and Dragonzord to create the Mega Ultrazord. Titanus could fire from his cannons at both sides, and is a motorized carrier zord.
Titanus would return to slumber at the end of Season 1, but after Season 2 the Rangers called upon him several more times. Titanus combined with the Ninja Megazord and the Shogun Megazord!
