Carter Grayson, Red Lightspeed Ranger

Carter Grayson is a firefighter in Mariner Bay that is chosen by the government organization, Lightspeed Rescue to become the Red Lightspeed Ranger and leader of the Lightspeed Rangers. Carter Grayson is no nonsense type of guy, choosing to spending his day off training rather than hanging out with his friends at the beach. Carter was inspired to become a firefighter after he was saved by one as a child, who is later revealed to be Captain Mitchell.
Chad Lee, Blue Lightspeed Ranger

Chad Lee is an aquatic performer working at a theme park in Mariner Bay that is chosen by the government organization, Lightspeed Rescue to become the Blue Lightspeed Ranger. Chad is also a skilled marital artist, trained by a skilled martial arts master, Tamashiro. Despite Chad’s skills as a diver and martial artist, he has trouble talking to girl until he meets and falls in love with a mermaid girl named Marina.
Joel Rawlings, Green Lightspeed Ranger

Joel Rawlings is a pilot & sky performer dubbed the “Sky Cowboy” that is chosen by the government organization, Lightspeed Rescue to become the Green Lightspeed Ranger. Joel exudes charisma, being able to charm everyone except the creator of all the Lightspeed Rangers technology, Miss Fairweather, who gives him a hard time until he is able to woo her after defeating Queen Bansheera.
Kelsey Winslow, Yellow Lightspeed Ranger

Kelsey is a skilled mountain climber & roller skater that is chosen by the government organization, Lightspeed Rescue to become the Yellow Lightspeed Ranger. Kelsey also comes from a wealthy family, whose grandmother is the owner of one of the five Starlight Crystals.
Dana Mitchell, Pink Lightspeed Ranger

Dana Mitchell is a paramedic nurse and daughter of Captain Mitchell that is tasked with recruits four civilians to become Lightspeed Rangers. Unbeknownst to her, she had been trained by father to become the Pink Lightspeed Ranger. After becoming a Power Ranger, she thinks her father is trying to keep her out of harm in a situation but learns that her father trusts her for bigger missions. Despite a strict upbringing, Dana also has a girlier and carefree side, acting the part when she is hired to become the Glitz Girl.
Ryan Mitchell, Titanium Ranger
Played By: Rhett Fisher
Ryan Mitchell is the son Captain Mitchell that was in a car crash as a young child that Diabolico saved from falling off a cliff. However, due to the deal, Captain Mitchell made with Diabolico, Ryan was brought under the care of Diabolico who trained him to be evil up until his twentieth birthday. On said day, Ryan snuck into the Aquabase and stole the Titanium Morpher and, using its power for revenge. Ryan is able to remember what happened that day and leaves the services of Diabolico. As revenge, Diabolico curses him with a Cobra Tattoo that slowly drains his life force every time he morphs into the Titanium Ranger. He is able to break this curse and shortly after leaves Mariner Bay to find a way to defeat Queen Bansheera. During his journey, he informs the Lightspeed Rangers about the return of Diabolico and helping them out of the Shadow World thanks to the Sorcerer Of The Sands. Ryan Mitchell is captured by Queen Bansheera after obtaining the Golden Key and finally reunites with his team to trap Queen Bansheera in the Shadow World.
