The Villains Scientist, whether they be through science of magic is in charge of either creating monsters or weapons for the main villain of the season to forward their goals.

Finster
Voiced By: Robert Axelrod
Seasons: Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers, Mighty Morphin’ Alien Rangers, Power Rangers Zeo & Power Rangers In Space
Finster is a russell terrier-like alien and a skilled monster maker that is in charge of creating monster for Rita Repulsa. To accomplish this, Finster sculpts small monsters out of clay and bakes them in his Monster Matic. Finster also accomplishes a similar task by creating Putty Patrollers. Finster essentially becomes obsolete after Lord Zedd starts creating monster himself with his Z Staff. He skulks around his workshop for the most part until Rita Repulsa returns to the Moon Palace, where he assists her in getting revenge on Lord Zedd by concocting a love potion for her to give to Lord Zedd to fall in love with her so the two could get married. He also gives her special moon mud that makes her look younger and beautiful.


Klank & Orbus
Voiced By: Oliver Page & Barbara Goodson
Seasons: Power Rangers Zeo & Power Rangers In Space
Klank & Orbus are loyal footmen that serve the royal family that rules the Machine Empire. After they begin their invasion of Earth, Klank & Orbus are given upgrades that give them the ability to grow monsters. When King Mondo is in the process of being rebuilt after being destroyed by the Zeo Rangers, Klank & Orbus swear their loyalty to Louie Kaboom and later Prince Gasket. Both Klank & Orbus are destroyed by a bomb given to them by Rita & Zedd disguised as a peace offering.


Porto
Voiced By: Scott Page-Pagter
Seasons: Power Rangers Turbo & Power Rangers In Space
Porto is Divatox’s technical adviser and is in charge of hiring or creating monsters for Divatox to use against the Turbo Rangers. Porto goes rogue for a short time after feeling unappreciated and uses a torpedo to grow to destroy Angel Grove himself, but soon returns after his plans of defeating the Turbo Ranger himself failed. After obtaining designs from the captured Turbo Megazord, Porto is able to create zords for Divatox to use against the Turbo Rangers, piloting the Shark Divazord himself after Divatox pilots a glitching Eagle Divazord. After witnessing the destruction of the Power Chamber, Porto accompanies Divatox when she leaves Earth to attend a conference held by Dark Specter.


Kegler
Voiced By: Richard Cansino
Season: Power Rangers Lost Galaxy
Kegler is the barrel-like bumbling sidekick of Villamax that assist him in training Trakeena and later joins her army once she takes over the Scorpion Stinger. Kegler is mechanically inclined, being able to make a satellite that almost destroyed the Galaxy Rangers and also upgraded the speakers on Decibat’s shoulders. He is also well-versed in other galaxies, knowing about the existence of the Lost Galaxy. After Trakeena destroys his old pal Villamax, he mourn him but continues to serve her out of fear until he is last seen when the Scorpion Stinger lands on Mirinoi’s Moon.


Jinxer
Voiced By: Kim Strauss
Season: Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue
Jinxer is a fly-like demon and loyal follower of Queen Bansheera, being responsible for bringing monster cards to life as well as making them grow. Jinxer cares deeply for Prince Olympius, caring for him when he was Impus and helps him recover after a fight with the Lightspeed Rangers. During Queen Bansheera’s final assault of Mariner Bay, he sneaks Batlings into the Aquabase and pilots the Omega Megazord to get stones in place for a ceremony that will open the gates to the Shadow World. He is presumably destroyed however after the destruction of the Omega Megazord.


Frax
Voiced By: Eddie Frierson
Season: Power Rangers Time Force
Frax is a robotic scientist that would be formerly known as Louis Fericks, a scientist that attempted to aid the futuristic utopia with his Cyclobots. He meets Ransik after he is bitten by Venomark and gives him a special serum that heals him for a short time. Ransik thanks him by blowing up his laboratory and stealing his Cyclobot technology and serum. He slowly rebuilds himself into a robot, rebranding himself as Frax. Frax then joins Ransik’s Army as a technical advisor, putting on a ruse where he is his loyal servant. Frax slowly shows his true colors after Ransik abuses his robotic creations and start working on plans in the shadows, including releasing a giant robotic creation to destroy Silver Hills and releasing mutants criminals from the X-Vault. Frax eventually reveals his real identity to Ransik after releasing Venomark from the X-Vault and breaks all of Ransik’s serum he requires to take to stay alive. Frax then leaves the Cryo Prison for good and attacks Silver Hills with his various robotic creations, including his final creation, Doomtron. However, Frax is found by Gluto, being captured and stripped of his humanity after his mind is erased, becoming a mindless servant to Ransik. He is then ordered to pilot Doomtron to destroy Silver Hills, where he causes a lot of destruction until it is destroyed by a massive blast from the Q-Rex. Frax is also destroyed himself after Doomtron is destroyed, where his head falls to pieces.


Mesogog
Played By: Latham Gaines
Season: Power Rangers Dino Thunder
Mesogog is a lizard/dinosaur hybrid created by Anton Mercer after he drank an unknown concoction, becoming the alter ego of Anton Mercer that desires the complete extinction of the human race and the revival of the dinosaur race. To accomplish this task, he needed the Dino Gems, which eventually became the power source of the Dino Rangers. Mesogog eventually separates himself from Anton Mercer in order to enact his final plan of transforming the human race into dinosaurs with a laser powered by the Dino Gems. He fails at this however when the Dino Rangers blow up his Island Fortress. He survives the destruction of his base and uses the energies he absorbed from the Dino Gems to mutate into a more dinosaur-like being. Only when the Dino Rangers used the ultimate powers of the Dino Gems were they able to destroy Mesogog.


Mora/Morgana
Played by: Olivia James-Baird & Josephine Davidson
Season: Power Rangers SPD
Morgana is a human-like being with the imagination and maturity of a child that makes a deal with Emperor Gruumm to make her child, renaming herself Mora in exchange for her skill of being able to create monsters from drawings. After constant failures from Mora, Emperor Gruumm reverts her back to her true form until Morgana is able to help forward his goals. Morgana then shows her skills as a warrior by donning a purple battle suit and calling on her friends, Shorty & Devastation to aid her in the takeover of Earth. She nearly succeeded in this but is stopped by the arrival of the Omega Ranger. Morgana continues the attempt to regain her Mora form by recruiting various space criminals, fighting the B-Squad herself and drawing monsters for Gruumm until he returns her into back into her Mora form after she obtains a synthetic plasma from Newtech City. Mora becomes curious about a secret room in the Terror Spacecraft that eventually leads to her losing her own will after Omni turns her into his loyal and emotionless servant. During Omni’s arrival to Earth, Mora is sent to dispose of Commander Cruger by unleash monsters at him from her drawing book until she runs out of paper, with Commander Cruger trapping her in a Containment Card.


General Shifter
Voiced By: Mark Mitchinson
Season: Power Rangers RPM
General Shifter is a gold-colored Generation 5 Attack Bot that is used by Venjix to create Attack Bots to attack the city of Corinth. He is banished by Venjix after Tenaya 7 made his Hyper Bot malfunctions and attack Venjix. After being banished, he decides to attack Corinth himself and uses his Hyper Bot to destroy the Ranger Series Operators. After his Hyper Bot is destroyed, he used a piece of it to power-up one of his arms and takes on the Ranger Series Operators himself. His powered up form is however destroyed by the RPM Ultrazord and he himself was destroyed in a one-on-one duel between Ranger Operator Series Red. His body survives however and is used to construct a final body for Venjix.


Octoroo
Voiced By: Jeff Szusterman
Season: Power Rangers Samurai & Power Rangers Super Samurai
Octoroo is an octopus-like Nighlok that is Master Xandred’s most trusted adviser and is constantly seen trying to figure out a way to bring Master Xandred to the human world. Octoroo is last seen on Master’s Xandred Ship as it sinks back into the Netherworld.


Metal Alice
Voiced By: Sophie Henderson
Season: Power Rangers Megaforce
Metal Alice is a robotic scientist created by Vrak to assist him in creating robotic monsters. Metal Alice, like her master, has a deep disdain for humans and believes that Vrak should be the supreme rulers over them. Metal Alice’s first mission was to persuade Robo Knight into joining their side. However, this fails and ultimately decides if Robo Knight chooses to fight alongside humans that he will be destroyed alongside humans. Another mission has Metal Alice cause chaos by disrupting a train schedule. She fails in this mission and uses the Zombolts to make herself grow giant. She puts up a good fight but is ultimately destroyed by the Gosei Grand Megazord and the newly acquired Gosei Jet Megazord. She is revived by Vrak and goes into a process to fully heal herself. After searching through the wreckage of Admiral Malkor’s ship, she finds Vrak nearly at death and turns him into a cyborg so that he may recover from his injures. Metal Alice, at one last ditch effort before the Armada arrives, attempts to destroy the Megaforce Rangers for good. However, she fails at this and is heavily injured by the Megaforce Rangers. Due to her constant failures at the hands of the Megaforce Rangers, Vrak puts Metal Alice out of her misery and causes her to explode.


Levira
Voiced By: Rebecca Parr
Season: Power Rangers Super Megaforce
Levira is a scientist in The Armada that is in charge of creating weapons for them to use against the Super Megaforce Rangers. She is also the one responsible for creating the Maximizer, a device that allows commanders of The Armada to grow giant. After Prince Vekar, Argus & Damaras are destroyed at the hand of the Super Megaforce Rangers, she attempts to prove herself to Emperor Mavro and pilots her own Levira Megazord. After it is destroyed, she takes on the Super Megaforce Ranger in battle herself but is destroyed by the Super Mega Cannon.


Wrench
Voiced By: Estevez Gillespie
Seasons: Power Rangers Dino Charge, Power Rangers Dino Super Charge, Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel & Power Rangers Beast Morphers
Wrench is a blue robotic alien that works as a mechanical inventor in Sledge’s Crew. Wrench is responsible for creating many things, including a companion for Poisandra named Curio and a machine that has the ability to revive old monsters. Wrench is also a capable fighter, wielding a blue axe in battle. After Sledge is presumably destroyed in the ship’s crash to Earth, Wrench begins to work for Heckyl and later Lord Arcanon to stay alive. After Sledge returns from his globe traveling adventure, Wrench officiates Sledge & Poisandra Wedding before getting sucked into a portal created by the Dark Energem to the Main Dimension. However, a past version of Wrench is destroyed after the Dino Charge Rangers hurl Sledge’s Spaceship into the Sun.


Scrozzle
Voiced By: Campbell Cooley
Seasons: Power Rangers Beast Morphers, Power Rangers Dino Fury & Power Rangers Cosmic Fury
Scrozzle is a robotic scientist and the ruler of the Cyber Dimension that swears his loyalty to Evox out of fear after he is teleported to the Cyber Dimension. Scrozzle is very well-versed in technology, creating a teleportation device to travel from the Cyber Dimension to Earth and creating robots like the Tronics, Robotrons & Gigadrones. After obtaining specific technology, which includes a Neural Aligner and some tech from the Special-Ops Hangar, Scrozzle reveals his plans to free Evox by opening up a Cybergate and creating a corporeal body from parts he stole from the Special-Ops Hangar. However, this fails after the Cybergate is dismantled by Grid Battleforce and the robotic body becoming Steel, the Silver Beast Morphers Ranger. Scrozzle eventually creates a new robot body for Evox but after the Beast Morphers Rangers travel to the Cyber Dimension to rescue the captured Red Beast Morphers Ranger and stops Evox, Scrozzle retreats the Cyber Dimension and remains in hiding for a time. Scrozzle later comes back on Christmas to trap the Beast Morphers Rangers in Christmas Ornaments and later piloted Infernodrone to destroy Coral Harbor, presumably being destroyed after Infernodrone is destroyed by the Beast Racer Zord Battle Mode. However, it is revealed that Scrozzle survived this altercation and has resumed his place as Evox’s second-in-command and later builds Robo-Blaze & Robo-Roxy to serve Evox. Scrozzle commandeers Ryjack’s Reanimizer after he is destroyed to revive various villains to assist Evox in creating the Chimerazord. Scrozzle’s next mission is to build the Omegadrone for Evox to use to trick the Beast Morphers Rangers into imprisoning him in Grid Battleforce Headquarters. After Evox is revealed to have been the Venjix Virus, he is ordered to break into the Morph-X Computer Systems while the Beast Morphers Rangers were fighting Robo Blaze. During Evox’s final battle against the Beast Morphers Rangers, Scrozzle is revealed to have teleported to Corinth and hid in its sewers for a year until he is found by Ben & Betty, being imprisoned in Grid Battleforce Headquarters. He is eventually broken out by Lord Zedd to assist him in obtaining his Z Staff from the Crystal Dimension, joining his army as his chief scientist. After teaming up with The Voids, he uses data from Boomtower & Snageye to create two robotic generals to be used as extra muscle for their mission on Rafkon. After Lord Zedd discovers the Sporix Generator on Rafkon, Scrozzle repairs it and nearly succeeds in activating it before retreating to unknown parts prior to Master Green crystalizing Lord Zedd. She is hired by Bajillia Naire to build a device called the Master Captivator in order to capture all six Morphin’ Masters. He is also responsible for creating a corrupted version of Ollie Akana’s Dino Fury Morpher and creating a new weapon for him, the Tricera Blaster. He is later tasked with assisting Bajillia in activating the Cosmic Dragon Zord hidden on Akraal but is gagged and tied up by Zayto. Scrozzle is later present on Eltar to capture Master Zedd in the Master Captivator, revealing to have created the device for the sole purpose of creating an evil Z-Wave and nearly activates it until they are interrupted by Mucus & Slyther in a Squid Drill. He is last seen retreating from Eltar.
