Katherine Hillard, the former Pink Zeo Ranger upgrades her powers to battle Divatox on the Island Of Muranthias and becomes the Pink Turbo Ranger. After graduating from Angel Grove High School, Kat becomes a student teacher at Angel Grove High School and continue to perform as a dancer. Shortly after becoming the Pink Turbo Ranger, Kat decides to retire and passes her powers to Cassie Chan.

Cassie Chan is a musician that originally planned on moving Stone Canyon, but changes her mind and moves to Angel Grove. After saving Tommy Oliver from being thrown into the Vortex Of Eternal Doom & Sorrow, Katherine passes her powers onto her, becoming the new Pink Turbo Ranger. She develops a crush on the mysterious Phantom Ranger after they both save each other multiple times.
