Jungle Fury Rangers
Casey Rhodes, Red Jungle Fury Ranger
Played By: Jason Smith
Casey Rhodes was a new student at Pai Zhuq Academy that is given the task of being one of the three guardians of the chest that contains Dai Shi. However, this task is cut short when Dai Shi is released from his prison and kills Master Mao. He is given instructions to go to Ocean Bluff with Theo Martin & Lily Chilman to search for a new master there and when he does, he is given a Solar Morpher that gives him the ability to transform into the Red Jungle Fury Ranger. Casey is the rookie of the team and is seen trying to catchup to his teammates. When Dai Shi is defeated for good, Casey becomes a Pai Zhuq Master of the Tiger Spirit and becomes a teacher of that technique at Pai Zhuq Academy.
Theo Martin, Blue Jungle Fury Ranger
Played By: Aljin Abella
Theo Martin is a senior student at Pai Zhuq Academy that is given the task of being one of the three guardians of the chest that contains Dai Shi. However, this task is cut short when Dai Shi is released from his prison and kills Master Mao. He is given instructions to go to Ocean Bluff with Casey Rhodes & Lily Chilman to search for a new master there and when he does, he is given a Solar Morpher that gives him the ability to transform into the Blue Jungle Fury Ranger. Theo is the perfectionist of the group and is always trying to be the best at anything he does. When Dai Shi is defeated for good, Theo continue to work at Jungle Karma Pizza and starts a budding relationship with Lily Chilman.
Lily Chilman, Yellow Jungle Fury Ranger
Played By: Anna Hutchison
Lily Chilman is a senior student at Pai Zhuq Academy that is given the task of being one of the three guardians of the chest that contains Dai Shi. However, this task is cut short when Dai Shi is released from his prison and kills Master Mao. She is given instructions to go to Ocean Bluff with Casey Rhodes & Theo Martin to search for a new master there and when she does, she is given a Solar Morpher that gives her the ability to transform into the Yellow Jungle Fury Ranger. Lily is the compassionate one of the group and deeply cares for her friends. When Dai Shi is defeated for good, Lily continue to work at Jungle Karma Pizza and starts a budding relationship with Theo Martin.
Robert “RJ” James, Wolf Ranger
Played By: David De Lautour
RJ is a Pai Zhuq Master of the Wolf Spirit who trained Casey Rhodes, Theo Martin & Lily Chilman to become Jungle Fury Power Rangers. RJ grew up under the thumb of his father Master Finn who wanted RJ to take up his technique. However, he decided to follow his own path and donned the Wolf Animal Spirit. When RJ isn’t his students how to harness their Animal Spirits, he’s running his own pizzeria known as Jungle Karma Pizza. After an altercation with Jarrod that caused his Wolf Spirit to transform him into a werewolf for a short time, RJ decides to join the fight against the Dai Shi Clan as the Wolf Ranger.
Dominic Hargan, Rhino Ranger
Played By: Nikolai Nikolaeff
Dominic Hargan is a Pai Zhuq Student that travels to Ocean Bluff after traveling the world to visit RJ. After learning that Dai Shi was released from his imprisonment, he asks to join in the fight against the Dai Shi Clan. The Jungle Fury Rangers are reluctant at first due to how carefree he seems to be but after proving himself, he is given the Rhino Morpher and becomes the Rhino Ranger. Dominic is a jokester, pretending to be a Health Inspector when he first meets the Jungle Fury Rangers. After Dai Shi is defeated for good, he decides to continue his trip around the world with Fran.
Spirit Rangers
Master Phant, Elephant Spirit Ranger
Played By: Bruce Allpress
Master Phant is the Pai Zhuq Master of the Elephant Spirit who became a hermit, preferring to live alone until Lily Chilman, the Yellow Jungle Fury Rangers requires his Jungle Mace to fight a Rinshi Beast. He refuses to train her until he witnesses a Rinshi attack in his front yard and decides to train Lily to use his Jungle Mace and passes on his Elephant Animal Spirit onto her to use in giant battles. He is captured by General Snapper and uses Rinzin in conjunction with a Crystal Eye to create the Elephant Spirit Ranger for evil until he is rescued by RJ and passes on the ability to summon the Elephant Spirit Ranger to Lily. Master Phant fights in the Final Beast War and fights General Snapper solo before transforming into his heightened elephant-like form with the other Pai Zhuq Masters to destroy the rest of Dai Shi’s Army.
Master Swoop, Bat Spirit Ranger
Played By: Oliver Driver
Master Swoop is the blind Pai Zhuq Master of the Bat Spirit and creator of the Swoop Technique, a fighting style that is used to fight opponents while their eyesight is hindered. He also trains RJ, the Wolf Ranger prior to training Theo Martin, the Blue Jungle Fury Ranger to use the Jungle Fan. He also passes on his Bat Animal Spirit to Theo to use in giant battles. He is captured by General Scorch and uses Rinzin in conjunction with a Crystal Eye to create the Bat Spirit Ranger for evil until he is rescued by RJ and passes on the ability to summon the Bat Spirit Ranger to Theo. Master Swoop fights in the Final Beast War and fights Carnisoar solo before transforming into his heightened bat-like form with the other Pai Zhuq Masters to destroy the rest of Dai Shi’s Army.
Master Finn, Shark Spirit Ranger
Played By: Paul Gittins
Master Finn is the Pai Zhuq Master of the Shark Spirit and the father of RJ, the Wolf Ranger, who wanted RJ to follow in his footsteps until RJ decides to find his own style by training with Master Swoop and specializing in the Wolf Animal Spirit. He trains Casey Rhodes, the Red Jungle Fury Ranger to use the Shark Sabers and passes on his Shark Animal Spirit to him to use in giant battles. He is captured by General Whiger and uses Rinzin in conjunction with a Crystal Eye to create the Shark Spirit Ranger for evil until he is trapped inside the Crystal Eye due to one of RJ’s devices, but is eventually freed and passes on the ability to summon the Shark Spirit Ranger to Casey. Master Finn fights in the Final Beast War and fights Jellica solo before transforming into his heightened shark-like form with the other Pai Zhuq Masters to destroy the rest of Dai Shi’s Army.
Warriors
Jarrod, Black Lion Warrior
Played By: Bede Skinner
Jarrod is a former Pai Zhuq Student that accidentally frees Dai Shi after being snubbed by Master Mao. He is then possessed by Dai Shi and leads his army of Rinshi & Rinshi Beasts to destroy humanity. After being possessed by Dai Shi, Jarrod gains the ability to don a Lion Armor in battle. After being trained by Carnisoar & Jellica, Jarrod fights the Jungle Fury Rangers solo and easily defeats them until they train under the Pai Zhuq Masters in the Spirt World. He then attempts to train under Grizzaka, but is snubbed by him and takes over his army for a short time. After Jarrod gains the ability to use Zocato, he regains his throne and be inquired by the newly revived Phantom Beast Generals to be their leader. He is hesitant at first to join at first but eventually accepts their offer, gaining the ability to use Rinzin and the ability to don a new Griffin Armor. Jarrod slowly breaks free of Dai Shi’s influence here and there and saves Camille after the Phantom Beast Generals attempt to destroy her with three Phantom Beast Warriors. However, Dai Shi would regain full control over Jarrod and fights the Red Jungle Fury Ranger in a one-on-one battle. Jarrod then breaks free of his influence for good and assists the Jungle Fury Rangers in the Final Beast Wars. After Dai Shi is destroyed for good, Jarrod enrolls as a beginner in Pai Zhuq Academy.
Camille, Green Chameleon Warrior
Played By: Holly Shanahan
Camille is a human-looking female warrior with chameleon traits and a loyal follower of Dai Shi. She eagerly awaited her masters return for centuries and once he returns to Dai Shi Temple after possessing Jarrod’s body, she gains romantic feelings for Dai Shi, attempting to gain his favor in any way possible. She also tries to prove her loyalty to Dai Shi by destroying Naja when he attempts to overthrow Dai Shi and revives Jellica when Carnisoar’s training methods are too brutal. Camille is an accomplished fighter in her own right, being able to transform into a chameleon-like monster form. After the Phantom Beast are revived and join the Dai Shi Clan, Camille attempts to obtain some Rinzin for herself and eventually becomes a Phantom Beast General herself, gaining the ability to transform into a phoenix-like form. After the Phantom Beast Generals attempt to destroy Camille due to her connection to Jarrod, she questions her place in the Dai Shi Clan and also question her romantic feelings. This come into full effect when Camille sacrifice all of her Rinzin to save Jarrod and joins the side of good in The Final Beast War. After Dai Shi is destroyed, Camille enrolls in Pai Zhuq Academy with Jarrod.
