Rita Rabisoa is an alternate version of Rita Repulsa, the sworn enemy of the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers from a different dimension. She reveals that in her dimension, the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers eradicated her entire family, including a child. As payback for her grief, she decides to travel to this dimension, killing the first child of this team of Power Rangers, Minh Kwan.
