Commander Volar
Commander Volar is an Eltarian Commander, the husband of Janessa and the father of Junmor, the Black Prime Ranger. Volar was unsupportive of Junmor being raised on Earth, fearing he would grow up being soft and having compassion. He is sent to Earth by Supreme Guardian Zartus to deal with the Prime Rangers by interrogating a captured Lauren Shiba.
Admiral Janessa
Admiral Janessa is a Guardian Of Eltar, the wife of Voltar and the mother of Jun, the Black Prime Ranger. She moves to Earth years after it is colonized by the Eltarian Empire with her son Jun, eventually joining the staff of Angel Grove University to command the Earth Security Taskforce and training the three who were to become the VR Troopers.
Eltarian Soldiers
The Eltarian Soliders are Eltarians that were sent to Earth to assist in the colonization of Earth and the army of the Eltarian Empire.
