Ghouligan is a fire-themed demonic monster and the first monster sent to destroy Mariner Bay. He is first seen in the flames of a burning building by Carter Grayson, motivating him to become the Red Lightspeed Ranger. He is later sent to attack Mariner Bay with an army of Batlings, but is stopped by the newly formed Lightspeed Rangers and destroyed by a combined blast from the Rescue Blasters. Ghouligan is seen among the group of monsters Queen Bansheera wanted to release from the Shadow World.
Magmavore

Magmavore is a lava golem-like demonic monster sent to Mariner Bay by Jinxer as an asteroid to wipe it off the face of the Earth. After attacking various building and the Lightspeed Rescuezords with his powerful lava blasts, Magmavore is destroyed by the newly formed Lightspeed Megazord. Magmavore is later revived and powered-up by Queen Bansheera to destroy the Lightspeed Rangers alongside Trifire and succeeds in overpowering the Lightspeed Rangers until he is destroyed by the newly formed Supertrain Megazord.
Quakemon

“Trial By Fire” “Sorcerer Of The Sands” & “Olympius Unbound”
Quakemon is an earth based mole-like demonic monster created by Jinxer from one of Loki’s Monster Cards. He is sent to Mariner Bay to assist Vypra in destroying the Lightspeed Rangers after they destroy all of her Quake Spikes. He is immediately grown giant by Jinxer but is destroyed by the Lightspeed Megazord. Quakemon is later seen among the many monsters in the Shadow World summoned by the Gatekeeper to destroy the Lightspeed Rangers for Prince Olympius and is absorbed by Prince Olympius so that he could escape the Shadow World.
Whirlin‘

“Riding The Edge”
Whirlin’ is a wind based horned bat-like demonic monster created by Jinxer from one of Diabolico’s Monster Card. He is sent to Mariner Bay to use his ability to turn into a tornado in order to cause major destruction in Mariner Bay. He fights the Lightspeed Rangers for a short time after the Red Lightspeed Ranger is able to blast him out of his tornado. He turns into a tornado again to set the Space Shuttle piloted by Nancy Cooper off course before being destroyed by a blast from the Rescue Bird. After the Lightspeed Rangers are able to safely land the Space Shuttle, he is resurrected and grown giant by Jinxer but is destroyed by the Lightspeed Megazord.
Fireor

“A Matter Of Trust” & “Sorcerer Of The Sands”
Fireor is a heat-based demonic monster created by Jinxer from one of Impus’ Monster Card. He is tasked with obtaining a powerful fuel cell that was guarded by the Lightspeed Rangers in order to use it to destroy Mariner Bay. After learning the fuel cell wasn’t in the possession of the Lightspeed Rangers, he uses his heat powers to raise the temperature in Mariner Bay to cause the fuel cell to overheat. He then fights the Lightspeed Rangers, who try to stop him from raising the temperature and gives them a hard time in battle until the Pink Lightspeed Ranger joins the fight, where he is destroyed after they are able to trick him into being blasted by one of his own attacks. He is revived and grown giant by Jinxer but is destroyed by the Lightspeed Megazord. Fieror is later seen among the many monsters in the Shadow World summoned by the Gatekeeper to destroy the Lightspeed Rangers. He is also one of the three monsters to escape the Shadow World alongside the Lightspeed Rangers, growing giant in the process but is destroyed and sent back to the Shadow World by the Lightspeed Solarzord.

The Gold Beaked Monster is a vampire bat-like demonic monster sent to attack Mariner Bay prior to Vypra fighting the Lightspeed Rangers in her Vyprari. After attempting to blow the Lightspeed Rangers away with his powerful gust attack, he is destroyed by a combined blast from the Rescue Blasters.

Elestomp is an elephant-like demonic monster created by Jinxer from one of Loki’s Monster Cards and is sent to destroy Mariner Bay and the Lightspeed Rangers for Loki after he doesn’t think Vypra can’t handle the job in her Vyprari. He attempts to destroy Mariner Bay with his Trunk Spelunker and puts up a good fight against the Lightspeed Rangers until he is destroyed by a blast from the Rescue Bird.

“Cyborg Rangers”
Strikning is an electric based skeletal-like demonic monster that is sent to destroy Mariner Bay with his Lightning Spike. His spikes are nearly able to defeat the Lightspeed Rangers until the Cyborg Rangers arrive to the fight, defeating him and forcing him to retreat from battle. He fights the Cyborg Rangers a second time, with his Lightning Spikes causing the Cyborg Rangers to turn evil and him retreating again for a short time. After the Cyborg Rangers are destroyed by their real counterparts, Strikning is destroyed by a blast from the Rescue Bird. He is resurrected and grown giant by Jinxer but is destroyed by the Lightspeed Megazord.

“Cyborg Rangers”
The Cyborg Rangers are robotic soldiers created by Doctor Harlen that are based on the Lightspeed Rangers. General McKnight attempts to replace the Lightspeed Rangers with the Cyborg Rangers until they are turned evil after being blasted by one of Strikning’s Lightning Spikes, forcing them to be destroyed by the Lightspeed Rangers.
Smogger

“Up To The Challenge”
Smogger is a snail-like demonic monster created by Jinxer from one of Vypra’s Monster Cards to use his gaseous abilities to blow Mariner Bay to smithereens. He is successfully able to lure the Yellow Lightspeed Ranger into a trap during his first altercation with the Lightspeed Rangers, severely injuring her and landing her in the hospital. He is later sent to attack Mariner Bay again while Brian challenged the Blue Lightspeed Ranger to a fight but is thwarted by the rest of the Lightspeed Rangers. He nearly destroys them until a recovered Yellow Lightspeed Ranger arrives to the fight with the Red Lightspeed Cycle armed with a Rescue Speeder. However, this isn’t enough to defeat him until the Blue Lightspeed Ranger arrives to the fight, with him being destroyed by a combined blast from the Red Lightspeed Cycle and the Blue Lightspeed Ranger’s Rescue Blaster.

Brian is a pompous martial artist living in Mariner Bay that challenged Chad Lee, the Blue Lightspeed Ranger to a fight and embarrassingly lost. He teams up with Vypra, who powers him up with demonic energy and trains him to be even more powerful. He nearly destroys Chad Lee in battle but has a change of heart after he is ordered to destroy him by Vypra.

Trifire is a fire based cerberus-like demonic monster created by Jinxer from one of Impus’ Monster Cards and is tasked with making the inactive Mount Jasmine erupt to destroy Mariner Bay. He is eventually stopped however by the Lightspeed Rangers and attempts to destroy them with his fire breath until the Red Lightspeed Ranger is able to weaken it with the Rescue Injector and destroying him with a blast from the Rescue Bird. He is revived and grown giant by Jinxer but is destroyed by the Lightspeed Megazord. Trifire is later revived and powered-up by Queen Bansheera to destroy the Lightspeed Rangers alongside Magmavore and succeeds in overpowering the Lightspeed Rangers until he is destroyed by the newly formed Supertrain Megazord.
Ryan Mitchell (Titanium Ranger)

“From Deep In The Shadows” & “Truth Discovered”
Ryan Mitchell is the son of Captain Mitchell that is raised by Diabolico after he saves him from a car crash during his childhood and poisons his mind into thinking Captain Mitchell intentionally let him fall off the cliff and only cared about his daughter, Dana Mitchell. When Ryan Mitchell turns twenty, he sneaks into the Aquabase to steal the Titanium Morpher and uses it to morph into the Titanium Ranger to fight and destroy the Lightspeed Rangers, overpowering them until they receive their V-Lancers. His identity is then revealed to Captain Mitchell, who tells the Lightspeed Rangers to stand down until he returns to Mariner Bay to fight the Pink Lightspeed Ranger, retreating from the battle after she almost gets through to him. He then comes into contact with Captain Mitchell, who tells him the true events of that night, falling off the same cliff, with Ryan Mitchell having a change of heart after Captain Mitchell attempts to sacrifice his life by letting go of a weakening branch, with him shortly leaving the forces of evil after a conversation with Diabolico.
Liztwin

Liztwin is a dragon/lizard-like demonic monster sent by Vypra to destroy the Lightspeed Ranger after the Pink Lightspeed Ranger is able to get through to the Titanium Ranger. He is able to put up a good fight against them but is destroyed by a blast from the Rescue Bird. He is revived, powered-up and grown giant by Jinxer but is destroyed by the Supertrain Megazord. Liztwin is later seen among the many monsters in the Shadow World summoned by the Gatekeeper to destroy the Lightspeed Rangers. He is also one of the three monsters to escape the Shadow World alongside the Lightspeed Rangers, growing giant in the process but is destroyed and sent back to the Shadow World by the Supertrain Megazord.

Demonite is a fallen angel/knight-themed demonic monster created by Diabolico from one of his final three Monster Cards. He is sent to Mariner Bay alongside Thunderon & Falkar to spread exploding feathers around Mariner Bay. After this plan fails and being defeated in battle against the Titanium Ranger, he is armed with a Mirror Card to create a clone of himself to fight a weakened Titanium Ranger while he fought the rest of the Lightspeed Rangers. He puts up a good fight against the Lightspeed Rangers until the Red Lightspeed Ranger is able to destroy him with a close range attack from his V-Lancer and the Rescue Bird. He is then revived, powered-up and grown giant by Diabolico but is destroyed by the combined efforts of the Lightspeed Megazord & Supertrain Megazord.

The Demonite Clone is a fallen angel/knight-themed demonic monster and a clone of the real Demonite created to fight a weakened Titanium Ranger while the real one fought the Lightspeed Rangers. After the Red Lightspeed Ranger discovers that any attack hit on the real Demonite affects his clone, he is destroyed when the real Demonite is destroyed by a close range attack from the Red Lightspeed Ranger’s V-Lancer and the Rescue Bird.

Thunderon is a fallen angel/goblin-themed demonic monster created by Diabolico from one of his final three Monster Cards. After this plan fails, he fights the Lightspeed Rangers a few times in battle, easily defeating them until they are able to trap him into a close range attack and destroying them with the V-Lancer Spectra Blast Attack. He is grown giant by Diabolico and is later assisted in battle by a giant Falkar, who easily defeats the Supertrain Megazord but is destroyed by the newly built Max Solarzord.

He is able to easily defeat the Supertrain Megazord in battle until he is destroyed by the newly built Max Solarzord.

Spellbinder is a sorcerer/squid-like demonic monster that uses his magic to perform a ceremony to revive Queen Bansheera. He grows giant after being blasted by the Red Lightspeed Ranger’s V-Lancer to finish the ceremony and succeeds in bringing Queen Bansheera to Earth, but the ceremony is stopped after the pendant on his chest is destroyed, with him being destroyed shortly after by the Lightspeed Solarzord. Spellbinder is later seen among the many monsters in the Shadow World summoned by the Gatekeeper to destroy the Lightspeed Rangers for Prince Olympius and is absorbed by Prince Olympius so that he could escape the Shadow World.

The Asteroid is a powerful sentient asteroid used by Prince Olympius to destroy Mariner Bay. The Lightspeed Rangers travel into space and use the Omega Crawler to plant bombs into it, with it being destroyed after the bombs are activated by the Omega Megazord.

“The Fifth Crystal”
Moleman is a mole-like demonic monster that teams up with Vypra to destroy Mariner Bay with a laser powered by the five Starlight Crystals, which he succeeds in obtaining them after he tricks the Yellow Lightspeed Ranger in giving them to him after he possesses Special Agent Myers. His plan in using the laser fails however after the laser is destroyed by Kelsey Winslow’s Grandmother and one of the Starlight Crystals is destroyed in its destruction. He then fights the Lightspeed Rangers alongside Loki & Prince Olympius and fights the Yellow Lightspeed Ranger one-on-one until he is destroyed by a V-Lancer Spectra Blast Attack.

Cyclopter is a cyclops-like demonic monster created by Loki from one of his Monster Cards after Prince Olympius calls him useless. Cyclopter attempts to fight the Lightspeed Rangers in hand-to-hand combat but is defeated in battle against Chad Lee’s former sensei, Mister Tamashiro. He tricks Mister Tamashiro into training him to become more powerful and uses this power to defeat all of the Lightspeed Rangers in battle. That is until he is defeated by Chad Lee in battle and destroyed by a slash from the Blue Lightspeed Ranger’s V-Lancer. He is revived and grown giant by Jinxer but is destroyed by the Omega Megazord.
Mantevil

Mantevil is a mantis-like demonic monster that accompanies Prince Olympius as extra muscle to trap the Lightspeed Rangers into summoning the Rescue Bird and using a device to take it for himself to destroy them with the Rescue Bird. They are successful at first until the Red Lightspeed Ranger travels back in time to relive the same day over again. He attempts to run away when the Red Lightspeed Rangers shows up to the fight in his Mobile Armored Vehicle but is destroyed by one of its missiles. He is revived and grown giant by Jinxer but is destroyed by the combined efforts of the Lightspeed Solarzord, the Supertrain Megazoed & Omega Megazord.
Vilevine

Vilevine is an ivy-themed demonic monster that is used by Prince Olympius to aid him in getting Vypra & Loki out of the way when he loses favor with Queen Bansheera. He plants vines on the Lightspeed Rangers Rescue Morphers, that he attempted to use to spread his poisonous spores around the Earth to harm the citizens of Mariner Bay. After the Lightspeed Rangers are able to eradicate the poisonous spores, he fights the Lightspeed Rangers personally until he is destroyed by a V-Lancer Spectra Blast Attack. He is revived and grown giant by Jinxer and given an energy boost after Prince Olympius darkens the sky but is destroyed by the Omega Megazord.
Freezard

“In The Freeze Zone” “Sorcerer Of The Sands” “Olympius Unbound” & “The Fate Of Lightspeed: Part 2”
Freezard is an ice based cobra-like demonic monster that accompanies Prince Olympius in fighting the Lightspeed Rangers when they are training with their Thermo Blasters. He is successful in capturing four of the Lightspeed Rangers in his belly and uses his ice breath to freeze Miss Fairweather. He then attempts to trap the Red Lightspeed Ranger inside his belly when he fights Prince Olympius but loses the four Lightspeed Rangers in his belly when the Red Lightspeed Ranger blasts his belly with his Thermo Blaster. After all five Lightspeed Rangers are reunited, Freezard is destroyed by a combined blast from the Thermo Blasters. He is revived and grown giant by Jinxer and given an energy boost after Prince Olympius darkens the sky, successfully defeating the Lightspeed Solarzord in battle but is destroyed by the Omega Megazord. Freezard is later seen among the many monsters in the Shadow World summoned by the Gatekeeper to destroy the Lightspeed Rangers for Prince Olympius and is absorbed by Prince Olympius so that he could escape the Shadow World. Freezard is later seen again the Shadow World, being among the group of monsters Queen Bansheera wanted to release from the Shadow World.

Infinitor is a gladiator/dragon-like monster used by Prince Olympius to destroy the Lightspeed Rangers and is able to deflect any attack from them with the infinity symbol on his chest. That is until the Green Lightspeed Ranger is able trick Prince Olympius into attacking him, forcing the two to retreat. He is later sent to destroy Miss Fairweather and her brother, Clark to prevent them from creating the Mega Battles and nearly kills Clark after he sets the car he was in on fire. However, the two were able to finish the Mega Battles, with Infinitor being destroyed by the combined efforts of the Mega Battles. He is revived and grown giant by Jinxer and given an energy boost after Prince Olympius darkens the sky, successfully defeating the Lightspeed Megazord in battle until he is destroyed by the Omega Megazord using the Lightspeed Megazord Saber.
Birdbane

Birdbane is a crow-like demonic monster created by Jinxer and the self-entitled King Of All Winged Demon Creatures. He is sent to Mariner Bay to find the Demon Egg Jinxer lost and disguises himself as a human in order give the guy that was holding it hostage ransom money. After he is tricked with a fake egg, he attempts to obtain the egg by force and fights the Lightspeed Rangers, giving them a hard time in battle until he is distracted with the Demon Egg, being destroyed alongside the Demon Egg with a blast from the Rescue Bird. He is revived, powered-up and grown giant by Jinxer but is destroyed by the Supertrain Megazord.
Demon Egg
“The Great Egg Caper”
This Demon Egg is created by Prince Olympius that, once hatched, would turn into a powerful monster to destroy whatever it sees, including the Lightspeed Rangers. It is given to Jinxer to submerge into water to aid in its hatching but is stolen by a guy, who puts it up for ransom. The Demon Egg is destroyed eventually after Birdbane fails in catching it, turning into goop and eggshell when Birdbane is destroyed by the Rescue Bird.
Memorase

“The Last Ranger”
Memorase is an orca-like demonic monster used by Diabolico to attack Mariner Bay and successfully erases the memories of four of the Lightspeed Rangers. He is then ordered to lay waste to a defenseless Mariner Bay by Diabolico, but is thwarted by the Pink Lightspeed Ranger, who is able to fend him off until the memories of the Lightspeed Rangers are restored, with him being destroyed by a combined attack from the Thermo Blasters. He is revived and grown giant by Jinxer but is destroyed by the Lightspeed Solarzord.

The Gatekeeper is a sorcerer demon and the gatekeeper of the Shadow World. He is ordered by Prince Olympius to bring the Lightspeed Rangers to the Shadow World and uses his powers to control the fallen demonic monsters to destroy the Lightspeed Rangers. That is until his staff is destroyed by a combined blast from the Thermo Blasters, making him unable to control the demonic monsters. He is trapped in the Shadow World after Diabolico takes the key from Prince Olympius, until he is able to escape after Prince Olympius absorbs the powers of all the fallen demonic monsters. He fights the Green Lightspeed Ranger & Pink Lightspeed Ranger before he is last seen in giant form, attacking building with Prince Olympius.

Captain Mitchell is hypnotized by Jinxer to divert energy from the Aquabase into Prince Olympius’ Star Power. He is freed from his hypnosis after Miss Fairweather destroys the device draining the Aquabase.

“Neptune’s Daughter”
Aquafiend is a water based kappa-like demonic monster that has the ability to survive underwater. He is summoned by Diabolico to steal King Neptune’s Trident in order to use its power to drain Mariner Bay of all its water. He is stopped however by the Blue Lightspeed Ranger and fought the rest of the Lightspeed Rangers on land. He puts up a good fight against the Lightspeed Rangers but is destroyed by a combined blast from the Thermo Blasters. He is revived and grown giant by Vypra but is destroyed by the Omega Megazord.
Arachnor

“Sorcerer Of The Sands” “Olympius Unbound” & “Web War”
Aquafiend is a spider-like demonic monster that travels to the Skull Cavern to offer her services to Diabolico. She uses her powers to gather data on the Lightspeed Rangers weapons in exchange for letting her feed the citizens of Mariner Bay to her babies. After capturing data on most of the Lightspeed Rangers weapons and capturing a bunch of civilians, including four of the Lightspeed Rangers, Arachnor sneaks into the Aquabase after turning into a spider and latching herself onto the back of the Red Lightspeed Ranger. She is successful in capturing all of the Aquabase’s inhabitants until they are all freed and her babies destroyed by the Red Lightspeed Ranger on his Trans Armor Cycle. She then fights the Red Lightspeed Ranger one-on-one and after she is unable to gather data on it, is destroyed by the Trans Armor Cycle Armor Mode. A monster resembling Arachnor is among the fallen demonic monster in the Shadow World controlled by The Gatekeeper to destroy the Lightspeed Rangers for Prince Olympius and is absorbed by Prince Olympius so that he could escape the Shadow World.
Arachnor’s Spider Babies

Arachnor’s Spider Babies are a group of spider-like demons and the children of the demonic monster, Arachnor. She planned on feeding Mariner Bay civilian and the crew of the Aquabase to them but are destroyed by the Red Lightspeed Ranger’s Trans Armor Cycle.

Treevil is a tree-like demonic monster created by Jinxer at the request of Vypra to destroy Mariner Bay for her before Queen Bansheera obtained her bodily form. He fights four of the Lightspeed Rangers while Dana Mitchell was distracted working as a Glitz Girl and nearly destroyed them until the Pink Lightspeed Ranger came to her senses and is destroyed by a V-Lancer Spectra Blast Attack. He is revived and grown giant but is destroyed by the Lightspeed Megazord. A monster resembling Treevil is among the fallen demonic monster in the Shadow World controlled by the Gatekeeper to destroy the Lightspeed Rangers for Prince Olympius and is absorbed by Prince Olympius so that he could escape the Shadow World.
Lifeforce Megazord
“The Fate Of Lightspeed: Part 1 & 2”
The Lifeforce Megazord is commandeered by a group of Batlings to destroy the Aquabase, successfully cutting the connecting tube to the surface, nearly drowning the Lightspeed Rangers, Captain Mitchell & Miss Fairweather. It is destroyed however when the group fires a torpedo at it from a submarine they pilot fleeing the Aquabase
Omega Megazord
“The Fate Of Lightspeed: Part 1 & 2”
The Omega Megazord is commandeered by Jinxer and is piloted by him to place giant stones around Mariner Bay for a ceremony to open the gates to the Shadow World. It is successful in placing at the stones but is destroyed alongside its pilots when it collides with the Red Mobile Armor Vehicle.
