On this day, August 28th, in 1993 the very first episode of Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers aired on Fox Kids!
“Day of the Dumpster” was the first episode aired and from then on it started an epic journey towards a 19-Year Legacy of Power!
Happy 19th Birthday Power Rangers!
Since then, these color-coded heroes became a large part of my life and I’m sure a large part of your life as well!
From watching each weekday to catch a new episode, to begging your parents for the new Zords and figures that were so plentiful!
Playing with your cousins in the backyard, in my case I always had to be Yellow when I wanted to be Green!
There was the amazing stage show and who could forget a few episodes later when Tommy Oliver, the Green Ranger changed the show forever!
So many epic moments not only in Mighty Morphin’s history but in Power Rangers history as well!
MMPR started it all and without them we wouldn’t have Zeo, In Space, Time Force or SPD!
Some awesome new developments today in the PR Nation!
First, the PR Website has been updated to include the upcoming 20th Anniversary Year! This includes Ranger-Grams, Wallpapers and Backgrounds, Awesome Videos and all of the Power Force members!
