Power Ranger fans all over the USA, and the world, can tell you the first time they saw Power Rangers in 1993. For many it changed the way we played, whined for toys and the way we watched TV. The vicious cycle begins at a childhood obsession, then to a former obsession shunned by teenage years, to a return to nostalgia and finally the all fandom in the adult years.
August 28th, 2010 will mark the 17th Anniversary of the original air of Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers’ on FoxKids. On this day, thousands of Power Ranger fans will descend upon Pasadena, CA for the Power Morphicon.
In the spirit of the return to nostalgia over the last few years, Morphicon and the 17th Anniversary, I wanted to make a listing of the top things that made MMPR great. Weapons, Zords, Villains and Allies. Who were the best of the best?
